Jessica from orb tickets

I have a new travel agency! OrbTickets with Jessica, will be my go-to service for trips and lodging from now on! I can’t believe how helpful Jessica was! She really helped me to understand the urgency that goes with getting a good price on international flights! Once I contacted her - she kept me on target (which is no easy task) and made sure I got everything done done done. It wasn’t luck that I got to fly out and back with the wedding party, it was Jessica!! Without her help on all the phone calls, I would have missed that chance!!

Because my brother decides to get married for the third time, 23 hours away by plane through Jakarta? What?!? Jessica not only set up the trip for my brother and his 14 person entourage, but managed to get myself and my fiancé seats on the same flights a while after they booked. Getting us on to the same flights as my brother and his crew, including getting us the last pair of seats on the crux flight (the happy return) with minutes to spare! Jessica is the one to get it done!

Jessica was so pleasant with us and spent hours coordinating our wedding flight plans. It was with 12 people so there were lots of details. She got us great prices and didn't leave us until we were sure everything was finished and confirmed. Answered all our questions. Highly recommended - very friendly!

David it was super nice, very professionally..
thank you so much

Hannah rescued me from not being able to book on line. She was very clear, explained every step , and told me I could call her with any questions which I did

Ramsey was excellent handling all my flights and changes. He was absolutely professional , knowledgeable and understanding in knowing what to do to help me. I appreciated his time and effort.

Derek was patient, and thorough, and left me completely satisfied. Thank you, Derek

Maira was a huge help making my trip change effortless. Thank you!

Joey was great with handling my call and cancellation and understood my circumstances.

Agent booked from San Jose, California instead of San Jose, COSTA RICA in spite of the fact that she was told multiple times that I wanted COSTA RICA. I called within minutes of receiving the tickets to point out the problem and get it changed to the correct destination. In spite of the fact that the agent booked it wrong, ORBITZ has charged me for the incorrect tickets.

Hannah was remarkable! Not only did she cheerfully and professionally answer all my questions; she crafted changes that met my needs.
Personnel like Hannah are why I’ve flown Delta since 1964.

Ticket assistance with Hannah:
Hannah was extremely helpful with complete process as I had eCredit that I wanted to use for this flight.
Her directions were clear and I was able to understand them. She was patient with my questions and concerns.
Thank you Hannah!

We had a recent death in our family. The funeral was scheduled for the date of our trip to Nashville to see our son and his family.
Ramsey went above and beyond to get us credit for a future trip. We are SO grateful! What a valuable employee!
Thank you so much, Ramsey!!

David was amazing!!!!!! Thank u David

The agent, Jessica was very kind and patient with me as I went from wanting to cancel a flight to not cancel and back again. She listened, was ok with me putting HER on hold while working things out on my end and all the while was kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered, and my needs were taken care of. She is a great example of great customer service.

I was scattered and didn't have all the info she needed. She was so kind and patient. She helped me find everything needed then patiently talked me through Many options!!

Muy buen trato excelente servicio gracias señor manuel🙏👍

Ramsey was so efficient and made our booking so easy! He was polite and patient and helped us make the most out of our long flight! We will use him in all future bookings!

Joey was very helpful. After being told by two other agents there was no way for me to use the credits from my weather related ticket cancellation Joey stepped up and helped me get a new ticket using the credits I was owed. He was kind, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. If Joey work d for me I would promote him and give him a big raise. He really represents your company with professionalism and honor. Thank you Joey!
