This site I feel is a scam site. It didn’t allow me to transfer my money out of my account when I wanted to. It gave me countless reasons that were not true to keep me from removing funds. Then told me I was required to trade a different way that I was not familiar with and I lost 17,000.00. I never would have trade unless I was required. Very underhanded. I’m constantly legal action

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. If yours has been delayed, it is usually due to missing KYC documentation or banking verification required.

I am sending this review regarding Orbex global LTD freezing trades and not keeping up to date with markets opening, my BTCUSD trades are supposed to be live but are frozen even though on other accounts with different brokers, BTCUSD is live and changing in price. Orbex global LTD fails to keep up to date with markets opening and in my case, they are failing to atleast let me close my trades, my take profits and stop losses are not being exectuted at all even though on other accounts btcusd has already executed them. Please update MT5 and allow people to trade on BTCUSD before people start making huge losses, like my situation.
Forward this ASAP because this is an extremely urgent emergency.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that trading sessions for specific instruments, including BTCUSD, follow the official market hours set by Orbex Global LTD.
While some platforms offer weekend trading, our BTCUSD market currently closes over the weekend. During these closed hours, prices remain static, and trades (including Stop Losses and Take Profits) cannot be executed until the market reopens on Monday.
We provide a full list of Trading Hours for all instruments on our website and within the MT5 "Specification" tab. We recommend checking these hours before the weekend to manage your positions effectively.

Complaint Against Orbexforex.com (Offshore Branch of Orbex.com)
Hello,
I am writing to formally file a complaint against the broker Orbexforex.com, which operates as the offshore branch of Orbex.com. This broker has deducted 3% for deposits and another 3% for withdrawals, amounting to a total of 6% of my funds, without prior notification or my explicit consent. Despite my inquiries, they have failed to provide a clear explanation for these charges.
Additionally, their customer support team has been disrespectful and unprofessional in their responses. The broker's high spreads and excessive commissions make it nearly impossible to trade profitably. Moreover, slippage and candle manipulation occur frequently, further disadvantaging traders.
It is evident that Orbexforex.com has turned into a platform for exploiting traders, hiding under the guise of regulatory oversight and leveraging aggressive marketing campaigns to attract unsuspecting clients.
I kindly request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action be taken against the broker. I am willing to provide further evidence if required.
