A friendly and efficient family firm. The whole team were incredibly helpful with planning and fitting out our new campervan. The design and extras they incorporate in their vans reflect the fact that Richard and Sonya are keen campervanners themselves.

I recently had a High Top fitted to my LWB VW campervan, and the whole experience, from the preliminary discussions through to the final delivery was exceptional. Very professional and extremely customer focused all the way through. And the quality of the finished product was superb. Richard, Sonya, Jessica and the team were a real pleasure to do business with.

We have had our fiat ducato short wheel base since May. The whole experience with Richard, Sonya Jessica and the team has been excellent. The attention to detail on the van is great. The space and storage for a 5m van is huge. Any problems were sorted promptly. I would highly recommend this family firm.

We have had our Trouvaille Classique for almost a year now and it is fab.
Having spent 2021 looking at different options of small campervans and even hiring another brand for a weekend we knew what we wanted, we just had to try and find it.

I was extremely pleased to find Orange Campers, not least because they were only 6 miles from our home, and I immediately arranged to go and visit. Richard was very accommodating and showed me the demo van, vans in build and the factory set up. Within a week we had test driven the demo van and placed an order on returning.
Sourcing a new van was not straight forward as Fiat had drastically cut their order book but Sonya found one and quickly completed the purchase from a dealership elsewhere. With being so local I was able to view the van being fitted out by popping in every few days and everyone was always very welcoming.
When showing the van to family and friends everyone is as impressed as we are with the very thoughtful specifications as standard, the amount of space and the level of comfort. And, when we are at campsites, we often have people asking to look inside as they appreciate the ease of a 5m van and are impressed with the amount of space they can see we have.
As before, everyone at Orange are superb, nothing seems to be too much trouble and the van specifications and build quality speak for themselves. We would highly recommend.

We collected our Orange Campers’ Trouvaille Classique in January 2023 and are extremely pleased with the quality of the build, the thoughtfulness of the design and the personal service we received from Orange Campers throughout the process. Orange is a family-run firm that builds most of its campervans to order, allowing a high degree of personalisation around standardised layouts. Ours is a short wheelbase pop-top built to our selection of base vehicle specification and personalised choice of colours for the canvas, upholstery, furniture and flooring. We have completed three trips away in the first two months and look to ramping that up as the weather improves but can certainly attest to the Trouvaille’s suitability for year-round use.

We first met Richard and Sonya from Orange Campers at the Harrogate show, where they were exhibiting Pop-top and High-top Trouvailles. We were immediately struck by the additional space that the Ducato base vehicle provided in both height and width over a VW which, coupled with the Orange interior design, gave a much lighter and airier feel to the campervan - and yet retained the immensely practical 5m van length but with travel seats for 5 adults. We were so impressed we booked a try-before-you-buy hire over the Easter weekend – a trip that would confirm the practicality of the Trouvaille Classique.

On dropping the van back, we spent time in the factory with Richard and Sonya reviewing options for a van of our own. We didn’t order straight away but took our time over the summer to look at a whole range of other options and to think through what we really wanted out of a camper or motorhome. But in the end nothing came close to the practicality of the Trouvaille and we placed our order at the end of August.

Sonya and Richard then guided us through the various options available on the base vehicles, the internal layout and appliances, and the accessories to personalise our vehicle specification. The Trouvaille comes very well spec’d compared to most other campers we considered, so don’t need to opt for anything more, but the options are there if you do. We went for an automatic transmission, an additional rear window to improve visibility for rear passengers (thoroughly recommend both), a custom colour scheme throughout and a number of other accessories. Once the specification was agreed, Jessica then ably managed us through the build process through to completion.

And the end result – even better than we imagined. We have been very impressed by the build quality – there’s not a rattle or creak from the conversion at all - and even once filled it’s so well designed that it’s possible to pack it to avoid travel noise (except over the harshest of potholes). We are now looking forward to many more adventures to come.

I’ve been really happy with the service from Orange.

This is a family business, so every bit of feedback goes into the design, in addition to their own experience with campervans. Choosing a bespoke finish is a bit like having a suit made - not easy - but we are very pleased with the look and quality. Headroom is good and the bed is nice and wide. We visited the workshop, which was a hive of industry. Nice to see such a friendly company doing well

We saw the Orange Campers stand at the Lincoln campervan show a month or so ago, and decided there and then to place a deposit on an automatic Trouvaille in dark grey. We have just been away in our van for our first trip, and are delighted with it: great space, well thought out design details and friendly advice at the end of the phone - just what we were looking for.

We had been looking for a VWT6 camper for quite a while but when we saw the Orange Trouvaille at a motorhome show in March this year we completely changed our minds. We had found the right choice. The space inside the FIAT Ducato short wheel-base is fantastic and the build and finish Richard, Sonya and their team have produced is first class. Our automatic high-top is extremely spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with extensive storage facilities and we were able to pick our own choices of interior colours and finishes. Our first trips out have been perfect and we look forward to years of enjoying a highly flexible camper with a big heart.

We’ve just had our first night in our new Trouvaille. Fantastic! Plenty of room for the two of us and two dogs. We arrived late and didn’t pop the top, but I didn’t have to stoop uncomfortably, and I’m 6ft tall. The storage is amazing for such a small van. In fact I was convinced I had forgotten to pack something big and important. Although the fold down bed is firm, it’s very wide and comfortable with a mattress topper. Even with the bed down there is still access to the fridge and the cupboards with the kettle and coffee. Basically the Trouvaille is well designed with quality build and specification. It ticks every box for a small camper van. Thank you Richard and Sonya.

We picked up KaTie on Thursday and on Friday set off for a wedding in Lincolnshire, getting around 40 mpg.

Out first pitch was a friend's drive, but it was a brilliant spot looking out over corn fields, see photo.

Everything was really easy to use in the van, although we haven't had to cook yet as we were well catered for over the weekend!
