We use Optiverse for our sales calls and it helps us keep track of customer conversations across multiple sales reps and management so that nothing slips through the cracks. All the notes sync nicely back to our CRM Hubspot for our team to access.

I am using Optiverse for about 4 months now. I am very happy with my experience with Optiverse. The quality of the transcripts is the best of what I have experienced thus far. Even Swiss German conversations are transcribed flawlessly.
The integrations are very useful. I use the CRM integration which allows me to on one hand push my from optiverse organized notes into my desired fields / records in the CRM and I receive CRM enriched responses in Optiverse through my enquires. All in all, using Optiverse has improved my daily work in sales tremendously.

The service and product are very good. Optiverse is a great relief in our daily work, as there is no longer any need to take tedious notes during meetings. And thanks to the AI agent, it is very easy and quick to find what was discussed. The service is also very customer-oriented.

Optiverse is an excellent tool that not only does transcriptions for online meetings, but also masters transcriptions in any language and any dialect. I am not only using it for my online meetings but also for my research interviews and my classes, especially since Optiverse follows the EU Act data privacy.

We use Optiverse to turn our meeting notes into action items, automatically synced into monday.com. The notes themselves are consistently clean and accurate, not just raw transcription. The real value is in the pipeline: no manual re-entry, no copy-pasting between tools, action items land where our team already works.

6 People in a call, different Swiss-German dialects and one from Austria. All Transcribed very well. It struggles with special Words and abbrievations that are uncommon, but that is to be expected. My hands and my concentration are free and i am more focused on the meetup with the client instead of typing notes. Once even used it to trancribe and condense my Teams-Introduction Session (1.25h presentation) with a client. Got a perfectly structured Handout out of it. Very good, time saving tool, that in our company replaces the note-taking in Meetings internal and with clients.

We have been using Relay daily across five to six accounts, and our experience has been excellent. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and has helped us automate repetitive tasks and improve the way our team works.

What we appreciate most is how simple it is to create and manage workflows, even when several people are using the platform. Relay has become an important part of our daily operations and saves us a significant amount of time.

We are currently exploring additional possibilities, including Zoom integration, automatic meeting summaries, and connecting Relay with our internal applications through an API. Based on our experience so far, we are also considering upgrading our plan and expanding usage across more people in our company.

The AI is very smart and understands Swiss-German and other languages very well - eve if the language is changed multiple times during a meeting. I also love the feature to be able to transcribe long meetings just via the mobile phone! I no longer take any notes by hand!

I am doing calls in German, Spanish, English and Greek and it works almost perfectly. I have an average of 3 calls per day and with the follow ups it is a big challenge for my small business. Of course there are names of companies that for the first time are typed incorrectly but overall it is a great tool to use and most of my clients started using it as well now. Optiverse has become my standard day to day tool.
