I already had an account with Hollr but the card has not appeared on the account and there is no facility to add a card.

Hello Peter, we can see from your account at Hollr that you had 2 previous cards registered and used, but that you have now changed the email address on your account. As a result your new order will fail automatic AML checks - you need to contact support@optionscard.ie stating our 2 email address used in the previous orders and we'll help you out. First point of contact is better there.

I found it confusing, asked a colleague for help. Still not sure if I’ve set it up correctly until I use it in Waitrose, I’m sure that I’ll have to ask assistant to help when I do.

New company, no one has heard of yet. Ni instructions on how to claim a gift card.
New instructions given by the worm company to explain how to set it up.
No instructions how to use.
Some retailers are shop online only, some are in store only.

When I purchased a Tesco gift cards, 50 x1 , 10 x 2. I received 2 emails.
Could not load gift card to my phone wallet for tapping.
Individually opening vouchers, with sign in required each time whilst in bust shop during Christmas. Systems got to run smoother, for friendly use.

Each OptionsCard email comes with a link to a user guide, and on our website you'll find videos and FAQ that should answer all you questions, and a support email too. We take the point on the Tesco e-gift card - the security requirement to enter your emails to see the card is a pain, but that's how they do it - not our choice. It's a bit complicated.
The choices are great the process works quickly once you've jumped through all the hoops.
It seems overcomplicated, having to add things to my wallet, purchasing vouchers and adding them to my wallet after once again being prompted for my email address, it was just slow going.
I had to purchase two separate vouchers because my value wasn't an option I found it completely inane and convoluted.
It should be click and done. I really hope this feedback helps because as it stands I don't want to have to use this again unless the process has been a lot more streamlined.
