Useful Employee Benefit Card – Simple and Practical
I received an OptionCard as part of my employee benefits, and overall the experience has been very positive.
The onboarding process was straightforward, the card activation was smooth, and it’s been easy to use for eligible purchases. It’s a practical way to manage employee benefits without unnecessary complexity.
I particularly appreciate how simple the concept is — instead of complicated reimbursement forms or delays, the card makes spending within the allowed categories convenient and transparent.
The app and portal are functional and easy to navigate. There’s always room for minor refinements, but overall it does exactly what it’s meant to do.
A solid benefit offering, and one I’m happy to have as part of my package.

I was assisted by Craig, and from the very beginning he was extremely proactive and genuinely willing to help. His dedication and eagerness to resolve my issue truly stood out. Thanks to his commitment and positive attitude, my case was successfully resolved.
He was always attentive, responsive, and clearly doing his very best to find a solution. The response time was also very fast, which made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend the service — the customer service is truly excellent.

Sorry about that Siobhan, gift vouchers come in set denominations which is not something we can control unfortunately- typically €5,€10,€25 and €50. If you order more of the value you want to spend you can always spend the rest the next time!

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. I had a few issues of my own fault but Craig was very helpful and very quick to sort the situation out. He was so helpful and I was very grateful. I would definitely recommend Options to friends and family.

Good will gesture.
The Company / platform which I redeemed my options card did not stand over the product which I bought. It was a gaming voucher €50 x 2 and the codes received did not work. I contacted the company who were very unhelpful so then I contacted options.
I was dealing with an employee @ options called Craig who was more than helpful. Craig from options also tried to contact them to no avail. Options reissued me with two new codes worth the full price of my initial card as a good will gesture.
I will certainly use options again and will also recommend to friends & family!
