I brought a mystery Box for £17, amazing products…
I brought a mystery box for £17 and I got 4 amazing products, I got the fake tan, tanning mitt, mini powder puff and the mini powder puff bag. I can’t believe I got all this for £17. It was packaged lovely, with a card inside of the family and a little chocolate. Great products.
Natalie is a lovely person and fantastic at what she does. I will be ordering again.

Poor Customer Service
Very disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a product for £9.99. Paid an extra £7 to have it shipped to Ireland. After a couple of days I received notification of a further bill for £7 from customs. I would have presumed given the delivery was so expensive that any customs charges would have been included in the price, as the website did not advise of any customs charges. I am not willing to pay £24 for a product advertised for £10. Have tried contacting opretty in relation to this issue but received no response. I am now waiting on a refund as no product has been received but they are not responding to my e mails. Would not recommend this website. Complete scammers

Hi Georgina we have been emailing you and you have been responding?? You just mentioned you hadnt recieved your item so we investigated it and that is when we emailed you to let you know that they was infact waiting for customs to be paid i explained if it doesnt get paid it will be sent back to sender then we can issue a refund. You have the tracking number and can see we still havent recieved it back yet once we do the refund will be procsessed.

My favorite brand EVER!! My skin is flawless the skincare range is just incredible and smells devine.
The tan is gorgeous and smells amazing, applies effortlessly with a lovely developed colour!
Natalie is incredible with a heart of gold, she works so hard in providing such amazing customer service, tutorials, top tips and amazing products created herself!
Top quality and pure luxury.

Fantastic product
I have a lot of texture on my skin, large pores and ice pick scars from my acne. So a lot of powders tend to make them more pronounced and looks cakey. This puff is life changing, it smooths out the texture on my skin and my pores do not look pronounced either. It almost gives a blurring effect on the skin. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a flawless finish to makeup and can improve your confidence. I will be purchasing again!!!
