Sadly there is no 0 star option. This company is not UK based, they mislead customers and send via Asia, cheap masks that can be easily found on Temu/amazon for less than £30. I have clearly identified many flaws, the mask was not FDA approved, nor could they prove otherwise, yet they still claim these items are safe and worth the cost, before attempting to offer goodwill discounts to keep the item via over 20 to and fro emails.
Just be aware if you do attempt to return your item, you’ll need a customs declaration form for China via the post office website. I have raised a refund via my bank as I have no faith my refund from this scam company will ever arrive. AVOID!

Ordered on the 6th of October but have still not received. Sent an email but no reply. Would not advise anyone to order from this company. Very poor customer service!!

Do not buy from this company as they are scammers. Bought LED face and neck mask and goods are definitely not as described, instead I received goods that were cheap and nasty. I have asked to rerun and they have given me an address in China and told me that costs would probably exceed what I’ve already paid which is £170. Avoid this company at all costs.

Wish I'd read the reviews first and never got involved with this nasty little company. The mask they supplied had obviously been used, there were stains on the fabric parts and the package was generally untidy. I sent the cancellation form to them and they offered me a 15% reduction which was unacceptable and I continued to request a full refund, sending photos of the offending article to them. They asked for a little while to "look into" the matter, that was weeks ago and no contact.
I'm not giving up, but my advice is to avoid this company at all costs

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Had got to the last step of placing the order for the aerovella hair dryer, when I thought better if it and tried to back out. Phone browser froze and when it sorted itself out, it had completed the purchase. I emailed Opheline 10 minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel the order.

Over 6 and a half hours later, they responded, saying that as I made contact with in 2 hours, they would be able to cancel my order, asking if I wanted a full refund or store credit. I responded and received a further email stating that the order was cancelled and I would receive my refund in a few business days

3 days later I get a dispatch update saying the goods were on the way. I email them again, asking to confirm the order was cancelled and received a response to the effect of "we tried to cancel your order but it was already dispatched and in transit. Once you have received it, you're welcome to return it and we will process a full refund"

I argued this as, not only had I requested the cancellation well within the time period, but had also been told the order was cancelled, and questioned why I was mislead like this. Their response was the copy their original email, making key words bold and implying that I hadn't read the email in the first place.

I've not received the hairdryer, and have emailed them to start the returns process, and stipulated that I will not accept any costs involved as the order should have been cancelled in the first place.

This company is misleading! Their emails read like they have been run through an AI programme and they refuse to acknowledge previous emails. Avoid at all cost!!!!! If I could add screenshots of the emails, I would!

If I could do a no star I would . Scammers - the site is full of false advertising. Not based in London and when the product arrived it’s nothing like what’s on the site !!we are still trying to get our money back and it was a gift!

Thankfully my bank blocked my payment for the Aerofella hairdryer on Opheline as the account seemed suspicious. They realised it was scammy before I did.
I fell for a fake review on topbeautydevice.com and only suspected I was being scammed when my bank wouldn’t complete the transaction.
Save your money and avoid this site!

Why is there not a zero star option?
At this point it feels pointless to add to the already detailed reviews on the horrendous experience it is to deal with this company. I have had exactly the same experience as those below. It is a scam from beginning to end and endless emails and time trying to get a refund and them lying. The shipment took 3 weeks to arrive, then was cheap and not in proper packaging, company lie about their location, the restocking fee and the ease of return and try and fob you off with a refund that will not transpire. I have been in contact with my bank and citizen advice. They should not be allowed to operate.

I have no doubt that any positive review is a bot or someone from the company. Please please please do not buy from this company please report to your bank/trading standards and whoever will listen to get them shut down.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I ordered the Lumaglow LED mask after reading reviews (that I now realise are fake) on a beauty review site found after googling best LED face masks.

The product arrived after almost 3 weeks and the box was cheap looking and had no information on it at all which immediately raised alarm bells. It only then that I went on here to check out the company - I wish I’d done it before I ordered.

I contacted the company to request a refund (they have a 30 day return policy) on the basis that I was concerned about the quality / safety of the product as there is no kite marks on it. They accepted my return but advised that I would have to return it to China at my own cost. Their website suggests that the company is a UK company and does not stipulate that returns have to be made to China.

I requested that they send me proof that the product complies with UK saftely regulations, etc but they advised that they couldn’t provide that information but the product does comply.

I am now going to request a refund via my bank. Do not buy this or any other product from this company.

I ordered a led mask, as I was directed from one of the websites that reviewed the led masks. I returned to this website and it looks like it is a fake site that sends you to different websites depending on the day. I received a fake product from china, which doesn’t look safe to use. I have reported them now to a few authorities and please make sure you do the same. Hope you will all get your money back, keep reporting and hopefully they will be charged as a scam soon.

Ok so this may not help all - but if you end up being duped into buying the hair drier after reading fake reviews on a so called reputable site - you can request a refund within 2 hours of placing your order!
I thought it all seemed a bit too good to be true £100 voucher with every purchase- googled and read the reviews on here, they have acknowledged my request for a refund and said they will honour as it’s within their 2hr cooling off period - so hopefully I get my money back!! 🤞🏻

I bought two masks from here, one for me and one for my daughter. I was later shown really bad reviews that they were fake and a scam and the company never reply. I panicked, contacted them and also my bank. Since then, this company has been in constant contact, replying to every email and also offering a full refund while reassuring me that they are legitimate. Definitely reassured and continue to use this product

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a hairdryer for £150. I asked to return it and was given an address in china, and told the return would be at my cost which was an additional £30. I am now out of pocket £180. My parcel is stuck at customs in china stating the recipient needs to contact them but this company who are a scam are refusing to and also refusing to give a refund. I am constantly getting replies telling me to contact customs in China. I have tried to phone the number on customs website but they speak in Chinese so yet another hurdle. Avoid this company. Please do not buy from them. I am going to go to the Chinese embassy to report this company and show them all the reviews so they are sighted. I would never ordered this product had I known it’s coming directly from China without UK base.

I was so pleased to have found a mask that was reviewed to the max by a beauty expert who is nothing more than a fake ! To get you to buy there product which claims to have FDA approval which is rubbish and misleading .

I’ve been having some convincing emails with them who will email you back with information to try and prove the LED face mask’s authenticity. I called them out called them scammers and told them I won’t be returning the fake LED mask back to there warehouse in Asia and demanded a refund , they refused then off there own back refunded me ( probably cause I also did a charge back on my credit card) I’ve told them to come and pick it up , I won’t be returning there product only be going to the bin !! As I don’t feel comfortable using it or giving it to anyone else. Who knows how harmful it could be to your skin, I told them this and they were still trying to blag me .

I’ve done extensive research into them , there company and the links that are affiliated to OPHELINE how there getting away with it is beyond me , please don’t fall for it, if your reading this after you’ve been scammed don’t take no for an answer , threaten them with everything you can and they will back down and refund you here are some of the correspondence 😡

YOUR REVIEWS state you have 12305 5 ⭐️star reviews, but on Trustpilot there are only 14 reviews 86% states this is a fake product all on the product I have brought and the 14% are all the hairdryer .

I only brought this product after doing my research on the best LeD face masks and yours came out on top from this .

My concerns were that the LED can be harmful to my eyes if not authentic I already have vision problems so I have to be very careful . It says it’s been FDA approved so do you have the details for that please? . If all is good I won’t cancel but like you said below due to what is written on trust pilot I have to check to make my informed decision, as I cannot click on your reviews to read them myself on your website? Can I ask why I can’t do that if they are all good about the product .

I bought the Opheline Luma Glow LED Mask for around £143 because it was recommended on a review/recommendation website. I’ve been using it for two weeks and I’m not sure I can see any results yet. The instructions explain the lights and how often to use them, and that it shuts off after 10 minutes — but there’s no treatment plan or guidance on session length.
Because the instructions were unclear, I Googled the mask — and surprise, the same product is on Amazon for £25. £25! That’s six times cheaper than what Oapline charges.
This is a blatant rip-off. Overpriced, poorly explained, and clearly designed to trick people. Go to Amazon. Buy the mask there. Stay away from Opheline — this company is a scam.

Do not touch them with a barge pole. Wished I had read up on them before. Complete scam. Article arrived after 2 weeks - obvious it was shipped from warehouse in China and yet they denied this. London office does not exist. Constantly tempt you with partial refunds. You have to pay for P and P back to China. Article received - original but not worth the packaging it was sent in. Do not deal with them as they are scammers. I will report them if I do not get a full refund.

Company is a scam and is working with topbeautydevice.com this website shares top hairdryer products linking you to Opheline. The company is a scam, they ignore any correspondences for starting a return. The hairdryer recommended by top beauty device, recommended a product which was unfit for purpose. Everyone needs to flag and complain as much as possible to get rid of these companies!

Do not buy anything from this company! I ordered a LumaGlow led face mask which was fake. No instructions, however they emailed me a PDF with instructions saying it was definitely original!!! I packed up the unused product for return. After toing & froing with offers of a discount on other goods on their website, which I didn’t want, they decided I could return the item to China. BUT what they didn’t say was that the recipient in China won’t pay the taxes, so the parcel won’t be delivered, it’s pending somewhere in China and I won’t get my money back. Please, please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Lesson learnt, look at TrustPilot before buying goods on the internet.
