Not Professional
Asked for quote to sell property and was called back. It was a ‘finger in the air’ approach as just kept trying to compare our property with others at a lesser price in other areas not even where we live, clearly no idea. Said he would conduct more research and call back in the afternoon; no call came and two days later haven’t heard from them at all. Not impressive or professional poor service.

We are at the initial stage of deciding how to proceed with our property portfolio to release some cash for an emergency. Chris was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable polite patient honest. We made it quite clear it was not going to be an immediate done deal,.We were looking at options and all the same never once did he try to push his product on us. We came out of the experiment thinking what a nice young man he was. And furthermore we had a lot of information to formulate a strategic plan. Thank you Chris.

Fast sale? No chance
My husband and I approached open property group back in October about a fast sale which is what they advertise. We are now at the end of January and we have no idea if the sale is going through. Communication is appalling. For weeks we recieved texts asking if we wanted to sell our property even after we'd been sent an offer. We have tried phoning them and emailing on multiple occasions this month and just get nothing. If you want to sell your property fast I wouldn't recommend this company.

Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. We have looked into the case notes and i can see that we received the draft contract, tenancy agreement and replies to tenancy enquiries on 12th January and this was then in a que to be reviewed by our underwriters.
Unfortunately there was various missing documents such as no gas safety certificate and no electrical inspection condition report which are legally required for rented properties.
We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Given the current market we wasn’t sure what to do with our property as we needed to upsize but wasn’t able to attract buyers for our property. We got in touch with the team at OPG after a friend suggested them and our we couldn’t have asked for a better person to advise us.
