Gute Webseite um ein paar Cases zu öffnen, hatte mehrfach glück gehabt

I am an avid CS2 skins gambler and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. To summarize: I deposited about $70 and used a 10% upgrader wheel spin. To my surprise, I won a skin worth approximately $550. Naturally, I was ecstatic and immediately tried to withdraw my winnings.

I was prompted to upload a picture of my ID and proof of address for KYC verification, which I submitted in good faith. I went to bed hopeful, expecting my KYC to be verified and my winnings available.

The next day, I received an email stating that my KYC was denied and that I could not withdraw my winnings at all, because I am not in an “eligible area” to use the platform. Before I could respond or ask for clarification, I was banned from their Discord server and my entire Steam account was blacklisted from the site.

This is extremely frustrating. Other platforms that restrict certain jurisdictions typically prevent deposits or account creation upfront — not after a user has deposited, played fairly, and won.

I feel hurt and betrayed by how this situation was handled. I strongly advise caution for anyone considering using OPCASES, as this was an unprofessional and unfair experience.

Actual Scam

Had tried to withdraw a skin worth over 1800 and they kept asking for kyc and kept denying it. Gave up and just donated their money back due to frustration. They will never open withdraw for due to lying about kyc and not disclosing why rejected.

Very sus. Everything on the site feels scripted, their discord is just a long stream of admins making weird excuses. Wouldn't trust them with the money from my copy of monopoly let alone my wallet.

Fraudulent giveaways for u to fall into their website, and make a deposit, but your account has a wager rule because u didn't make a deposit before winning a giveaway, so u will be catalogued as a giveaway hunter, never being able to withdraw anything, stay away from this website and their 2 ppl support, a complete scvm and his little buddy. Dont enter on this website.

Scaming website, giving giveaways as a trap for u to deposit only to find out that u will never be able to withdraw anything because some INSANE abusing wager rule, stay tf away from this scammers, 2 guys in their garage, the scammer and his little buddy, dont fall for this shit

Pros:
1. Cases are nice and fun, not as risky as other casinos but its fun to play with.
2. Impeccable customer support. Owner (discord name Dice) is super friendly and supports to his full capacity. Fun to talk to as well.
3. Withdrawals and deposits are real quick and instant. Some casinos take like a minute or so to process, but here I felt that "instant" transfer speed.

Cons:
1. (Not necessarily a con) But small casino, could add more game modes.
2. Cloudflare, requests to reload the page every now and then, could be annoying a bit.

Small but decent casino. Deposited, played some, withdrew. Of course, I am down, but that is what case opening site is for. Tried out the support - took only 3 minutes to get an answer. They are also doing fair and square giveaways while having decent rules against non-customers who are seeking to get free money.
They should add more modes, but UI is really cool

I got scammed by this website, I won a 5$ giveaway so I entered the website and did a few upgrades, I was sitting on 13 dollars, and triying to withdraw a skin, but it wasnt possible because of the wager requirement. So I asked the support, and they told me that if I wanted to withdraw, I could made a deposit so I can turn my account status from "no depositer" to "depositer" so I did make a deposit, only to find out, that the wage requirement didnt go away, and the support was very rude, and treat me like shit, like "you are a giveaway hunter" bla bla bla, stay away from this website.

Worst site ever. It takes from hours to week to withdraw, site glitching always, worst support which is owner and his friend, a lot of kids just chilling in discord general.
