I communicated with Opal Dental for several weeks and found the team very friendly and responsive. Their pricing is also incredibly competitive, which is what drew me in. However, I was caught off guard when I arrived at the actual clinic and found the sign said 'Rengarenk Dental.' It was confusing to find that the name I’d been messaging didn't match the building.
While the staff was very nice, I had a significant safety concern during my visit. I wasn't offered a protective lead vest for my X-ray, and when the first scan failed and had to be repeated, I—the customer—had to be the one to realize the mistake and ask for a vest before the second radiation exposure. Safety should be a priority, not the patient's job to manage. Between the branding confusion and the safety lapse, I ultimately decided to move forward with a different clinic.

Absolute top class service and hospitality, from start to finish I was looked after every step of the way. Would highly recommend Opal to all my friends and family, now I have them done I have not stopped smiling, had pain for 10 years before this and now pain free, has changed me and my life. I recently started my orthodontic treatment at Opal and I couldn't be happier with the progress so far. From my first appointment, the staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable even though I’m an extremely nervous patient.
My dentist has been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain each step of the process and addressing all my questions. The ongoing support from the entire team has been fantastic, and I appreciate their commitment to ensuring I’m satisfied with every step.
I will be returning next month to finish my treatment but so far I couldn’t be happier and will recommend Opal to my family and friends.
