Order# ORG11067 Quality is a big joke
Order# ORG11067. I cannot trust the ingredients in banaras soan papdi. It is mentioned as zero sugars in nutrition section but in the ingredients sugar is the first ingredient lol. Not sure how this sort of basic check was not done by oorla. Now coming to the main concern, I had soan papdi and banana chips it created food poisoning and vomitted badly. Taste is good but quality is a big question mark. I will never buy from oorla again. I literally can’t take risk on my health just for taste.

Worst experience, not yet received the package yet, ordered on 24th October, there's no proper response from them, they keep saying, that we will receive at the earliest...have paid 1600 rupees for the palqgara petti not sure if I will get the amount or the package.. it's a scam

Bad tasting food and HORRIBLE wait times. Think only BOTS work in this place. No customer service and have to spend years (exaggerated, only mildly) to get people to answer regarding delivery.

Worst online purchase experience
They want to charge 50% if order is cancelled after 6 hours after ordering noting they would have started the packing. After 15 days of ordering, the order is yet to be shipped and not a single helpful person to reach after spending 2+ hours in trying the chat function. Worst online ordering experience. Don’t pay these people. They just take money and don’t provide ANY service. Waste of time and money.
