My recent experience of buying a gift from Ooo That's Nice was excellent. Although the item I purchased wasn't right, the ordering and return process was seamless. Marc answered our query promptly and guided me through the return. Despite covering the return postage (which was completely fair), the transaction went smoothly and our money was refunded as soon as they received the item. Marc's excellent customer service made the experience hassle-free and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Beautiful string of lights very different and look great on my fireplace.

The product looked very poor quality
The product looked very poor quality, had 4 small dents and the lighting and colouring shades available were very poor. I have also now seen the same product for £12.99 and £15.00 with no postage payable. An expensive mistake by me!
I am putting the experience with you down to poor judgement on my part and do not wish to take the matter further.

The importance of customer service.
Fantastic service. Present for my brother & sister-in-law, so addressed Mr. and Mrs. Carrying on down the order I realised that it had only recognised And and had assumed it was a name. Not really a problem so simply completed. Text message the next morning asking if I would like a greeting of some description. End result, my brother has now got his gift, with a nice greeting. As I customer, it was a great to feel that my purchase was well considered. Thank you
