Micheal vallis is a class driving instructor very relaxed very detailed and dont think I could have done it without him went above and beyond to make sure I passed very good instructor i would recommend.

Just passed my test this morning with ooosh. My instructor, Brian, was great. He was good fun to drive with and taught me a lot of the finer points of driving and manoeuvres after I’d begun learning with my parents. Just 10 hours with him and I was test ready

Just want to say thank you so much to Stu for helping me pass an extended driving test. I failed first time due to nerves but I have just passed today with one minor fault. I had previously taken a lesson with a different driving school which was absolutely awful , but Stu covered absolutely everything I needed to know to pass my test. Thank very much Stu and Andy.

I started driving lessons with Imre back in late September. All of my lessons with him had a clear objective and everything was always explained in depth, which was really helpful. I was anxious to start driving at first but Imre put me at ease and I felt confident in my ability as time went on.
Sadly, as I was a final year student in the area, I was unable to finish my lessons due to the lockdowns before returning back to my hometown. However, I know that I am in a great place to finish off the process back home thanks to Imre's amazing teaching and advice! I will definitely have him to thank when I pass.
Highly recommend to anybody, anxious or not!

Ste Gregory from Ooosh taught my son Matthew to drive. Matthew passed 1st time today. Ste was very professional throughout, and also very caring and thoughtful.He also help me totally up-to-date with Matthews progress and let me know what to work on when we went out driving. An excellent driving instructor and company, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolute amazing driving instructor. Passed first time and wouldn’t of been able to do it without Ste Gregory! It has been an absolute pleasure every week learning to drive with him. His tips and techniques were amazing and he made learning to drive easy and comfortable. I’m going to miss the driving lessons but Thankyou for the confidence I have gained! Best wave when I drive past you!!

This is a completely honest review of our experience so far with a complete trail via phone message. My son Cameron booked and paid for a block of lessons on Friday 5th March £290 upfront !!
Instructor Mike did not respond until Saturday 6th May (Pandemic allowing but a few weeks on from return) to my son apologising for not making contact, he said he would call him the next day to arrange lessons .... He didnt make contact. On Wednesday 5th May Cameron messaged him again asking when his lessons are going to start ? Nothing. On 7th May Cameron messaged him again and he responded saying he would call at 11.45am ... No call nothing !!
Cameron asked him again via message and he apologised and said he would call at 6.45pm ... again NO CALL ...
I personally sent him a message also on the 7th May asking him is this the right way to treat a young adult on his first ever driving lesson ?? Mike repsonded with apologies but he was on driving tests and could he arrange for Camerson first lesson on Thursday 27th May 2021 (Yes ... still this year) ....
On Thursday 27th May no call or message and failed to turn up ? I call his number then a few minutes later I get a message informing me his brother has had an accident and he is at hospital .... "fine I said accidents happen, and family come first, we hope he recovers" I told Cameron and although dissapointed after being ready for a hour he accepts life happens.
Mike then sends a message saying he would compensate all his "stalling" with a 2 hour lesson the following week Thursday 3rd June ....
Well today is Thursday 3rd June and 25 minutes after he is supposed to turn up ....no message, no call, kid sitting in the window waiting again ?? I phone the instructors mobile ...no answer but a few seconds later stating he is still involved with personal circumstances.

Now , I understand real life happens but to not even have the manners to cancel or call and have a young adult waiting for either phone calls or him to arrive on his first ever driving lessons is just bad manners.

So would I recommend OOOSH to ANYONE ....

ABSOLUTELY NOT ....

# Just to add more to this review from Jamie's reply below ... I have left two voice messages on the mobile given to discuss the issues... and guess what !! Not a single reply call ??... Looks like poor customer service is endemic of this Company.

I had Mike Vallis as my instructor, he was brilliant who was thorough and a great teacher. He really goes out of his way to make sure that whoever he's teaching passes, and went above and beyond in making sure I was prepared for my test which I passed on my first attempt with Mike (Having failed previously). Thanks again Mike!

Mike V was a fantastic instructor during the run up to my test last year! I’ve only just been able to write a review now sorry. Highly recommend to anyone to drive with OOOSH. Very passionate and optimistic. His patience helped my confidence so much and helped me pass! Thank you

Absolutely fantastic instructor passed 1st time with him couldn’t of done it without him highly this company made the test feel easy like it’s a normal drive.

I had Mike as my driving instructor and absolutely no problems with him he taught me from my first ever driving lesson and all the way through to the 20th of May were I passed my driving test with him I can’t thank him enough.
