Hi Ralph, our Coin Drop results are generated when an order is processed, before the animation plays on screen. The animation reveals the result but doesn’t determine the outcome. If you have concerns about a particular play, please email us at info@ooosch.co.uk and we’ll be happy to explain how it works.
