I recently bought a used Zero FX from the Aylesbury branch, and traded in my BMW F800, The overall experience was great, with Mark as my salesman. He gave me a great price on my trade-in and answered all my emails very quickly.

From booking a test ride to collecting my new bike, I cannot fault the service. Having recently purchased a bike from a different dealership, the service here was truly worlds apart. Put simply, Tony was true to his word all the way through, and the wider team (Raymond/Service) were fantastic when my trade-in died on the way to the dealership. They got me back home, and turned what could've been a miserable day in to a positive one. This dealership is by no means my nearest, but I will be back for my servicing as I have trust and faith in the team to take good care of me and my bike.

Top experience from start to finish in purchasing and servicing my Ducati multistrada V4. Planning to purchase a new bike next year and this will be my place to go !

Without doubt the worst service I have ever had in 45 years of motorcycling. Took me 3 times asking for a refund on parts never fitted to my new bike. Sales was terrible, take your money and ignore you. Service price for 1st service went up 3 times, was told on the day they had to charge me more as the service took longer than expected, it was a 1st service. Terrible customer service they also ignore any complaints. I wish I had never walked into this dealership.

Two emails sent and two phone messages left - no reply to any of them. They may be good at wielding spanners but their customer service is rubbish. Unfortunately they’re my nearest Moto Guzzi dealer so I don’t have a lot of options. I look forward to finding an MZ dealer that cares for their customers, but I know it won’t be On Yer Bike

I’m waiting for a warranty work since (17.apr.)
Artim said he sent my case to the Ducati Factory. I got answer for my first email but not more following questions.
The warranty colleague sent me 2 emails offering me service appointments in a month and 2 months later.
It’s waste of time to go there until they not informed me about the factory’s answer for the complaint.
Since then I spoke with the manufacturer and in other DDX groups where I got my answer:
"Ducati wolrd group info:
The vent for the gas tank gets pinched, and a vacuum creates this problem. The factory’s resolution to this problem was to shove a small steel coil spring into the vent line to keep it from creasing out of the nipple."

I sent a complaint email but they answered that they offered me apportionments which I didn’t accept.

Mike works really well I was satisfied when I bought my bike.
The service very slow (600 miles first service 3 hours) and very expensive and had to double check if all was done.
This company doesn’t do the 4 years warranty what the manufacturer offered.
When you buy your bike after they don’t care.

Collected my new E-Bike (Cube Stereo) from On Yer Bike in Burnley on Sat 15th April and was just blown away by the attentive service and assistance I received.
Bike was prepared for me (fully charged and assembled) in my own 'handover area' alongside accessories I may need that matched the bike's livery, I was fitted to the bike and had all suspension settings set up bespoke to my ride style, weight etc.
Staff could not do enough for me and made the whole experience feel special. I have bought expensive cars that lacked the prestige and care that On Yer Bike put in to my handover.

Been visiting on yer bike for years and years both as a visiter on my bikes for a nosy and bacon sarnie or to purchase another top class bike. Just bought my 5th bike today from them and as usual top class service. Team are top of their game and a special thanks to Tony once again making it such a pleasure to deal Guarantee il be back for me sarnie and another bike in the future
