Wouldn’t honour online price
I ordered a Cardo Spirit JBL speaker kit for my second helmet, OnYer Bike contacted me to say there was some sort of error and the price was incorrect , they then offered me a lower grade kit for the same price, or the one I had tried to order for £35 more , I always assumed that it was the law that companies were bound by a price but this is obviously not the case. I’ve ordered a kit from infinity motorcycles for £23 less than the newly quoted price whilst I wait for my refund to be processed through paypal.
For me it’s an ‘on your bike ‘ to ‘on yer bike’

Excellent customer service.
I had a problem with my order, I received the wrong item by mistake. On yer bike contacted me letting me know the proper item was on its way and would arrive the next day, which it did.
Great customer service, coupled with a very fast postage, and good value as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to shop at on yer bike.

Delivery and customer service was spot…
Delivery and customer service was spot on the only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the item was not enclosed with any packaging e.g. plastic cover other than the box itself.

Fantastic dealer and staff.
Walked into onyerbike with the intention of test riding some and then buying one that day. Spoke to Rob who was extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process. I test rode an ex demo bike and loved it. Paid for it there and then and haven't regretted. The bike is amazing and Rob was fantastic. I would recommend buying a bike from onyerbike any day of the week.

I had a discount voucher to use in the…
I had a discount voucher to use in the shop. Being unable to get there before it expired and had trouble getting it to work online, I phoned up and they were just so helpful. They created and emailed me a personal one use code.
I then ordered the outfit I was interested in (after another phone conversation regarding sizes) in which they were very helpful. The code worked and I got my order midday next day, and was able to track it

Good price, product and delivery.
Bought a shark Spartan rs helmet online. The price was better than other suppliers and delivery was within 2 days. Excellent service and communication/tracking.
The helmet itself is excellent.
