Hard disk da 1 Tera: un numero imprecisato di files, tanto tanto materiale, personale e lavorativo. Tutto il mondo, lavorativo soprattutto, immagazzinato lì dentro, (imprudentemente, mai più!) senza una copia! perso in un istante, malfunzionamento improvviso e hard disk danneggiato... Il recupero dei dati del disco esterno è stato - credo - completo (non posso ricordare in dettaglio il contenuto di un hard disk accumulatosi nel corso di vari anni).
Il servizio è stato costosetto (poco più di mille euro), ma ONTRACK è stato molto corretto informandomi prima della spesa che avrei affrontato;
la spesa varia in ragione dell'urgenza del recupero; io ho scelto il tempo di attesa più lungo - una decina di giorni circa. Oltre ad inviarmi un nuovo disco esterno con i dati salvati mi è stato restiuito anche l'hard disk rotto.
Esperienza positiva, è la seconda volta che mi rivolgo ad Ontrack.

Eine durchgängig positive Erfahrung. Wiederherstellung der meisten Daten einer mit Bitlocker verschlüsselten defekten SSD-Platte. Zusätzlich wurde eine beschädigte große Outlook-PST-Datei wiederhergestellt. Direkter Ansprechpartner (telefonisch erreichbar) im gesamten Verlauf des Prozesses. Ausführliches Reporting. Besser geht's nicht.

Was so nervous about recovering lost data from my SD card, from a holiday where the tide washed up the camera. But fortunately, the Ontrack data recovery team recovered mostly all of my lost data.

My external storage was beyond repair, however Ontrack recovered my data super quick and communication was excellent.

I google and found The Ontrack though I thought it might not work. The team and Lucas were very responsive and communicated at every stage of the process. The online process is useful to see the stages.

After years I decided to send my WD passport portable to the repair shop for recovery data. They were unable to fix it. They said my hard drive is stuck in one place and they thought it was a charging port problem but it was head stuck.

I thought I had lost years' worth of childhood pictures and videos, I got nearly 4,000 back which is amazing! The price is a bit pricey but they are very kind by giving me a discount. I highly recommend it, Thank you!

Broke my portable hard drive, which I had failed to back up. Ontrack was able to retrieve almost all the files and certainly retrieved the critical ones. Their service was courteous and professional at every step and was performed in less time than originally estimated.

It was easy to send out and track the progress along the way. It was fast, and I had it back in a couple of weeks. They were able to save almost all of the data.
