In my experience Onninest is a scam operator.

In my experience, Onninest flagrantly and dishonestly disclaims their own website’s advertising at their convenience. I am now in an ongoing battle with them because yesterday they stooped to blatantly asserting, via email, false claims to me regarding the components included with their Turbo Paint Sprayer. Specifically, after initially acknowledging via email that my order was missing required components, they are now claiming that the following components are not included in the Onninest Turbo Paint Sprayer that I purchased; 4 spray pattern nozzles, and cleaning tools which are missing from my purchase and are plainly declared on their website as included, and the filter for the paint pickup tube which I learned of through an email thread with Onninest customer support. The Turbo Paint Sprayer is worthless without the nozzles and cleaning tools that are advertised as included. I would give Onninest zero Trust stars if that were an option. I have saved screenshots of their webpage in the event they dishonestly edit it during my quest to induce them to honor their own words.

I highly recommend avoiding Onninest like they are the bubonic plague of shopping experiences.

They are thieves. the placed me in a membership to onnimest $9.99 I have the cost from American Express. I did not agree to this but they put it on. BE AWARE,
They responded and say they have removed the membership charge. If so I say thank you

the Whooshie toilet bowl cleaner was outrageously expensive! shipping was NOT free, and its just regular toilet bowl cleaner that only lasts a few months.

On 11/7/25 Onninest Heater Purchased

On 11/7/25, I purchased the Onninest Heater. It does not stay in the outlet at all... Tried various outlets to no avail. On 12/17/25 I returned the unit to the return address on the original package and in the original packaging...... and have now received it back... Return To Sender...ME. HELP. It cost me $12.45 to return it and now it's returned to me?????????????????

I too am now a glittering example of what a P.T. Barnum Alum looks like. I ordered a 'Breeze Box' and got something I think my 9 year old grandchild could have invented. I called and left two messages for help returning the product, no reply. I then emailed and one day later, Rezelyn, wrote me back, issued a full refund and said I could keep the product if I wanted to (I don't.) What a shame to have such wonderful customer service representing such a reprehensible product. It must get very discouraging dealing with people like me everyday. Thank you Rezelyn for restoring my confidence in customer service anyway.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

It's hard to pin them down or find them because the business name isn't what I bought the device from originally. "omninest" or under other names sells a polar icing device/swamp cooler. They added an extra charge of $9.95 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, so I cancelled my debit card which causes numerous difficulties. My bank cancelled me so I couldn't use PAYPAY help. Oninest phone numbers on my bank statement and on the POLAR ICING site and phone number didn't even ring. Even the billing number on my bank statement didn't ring. AFTER several attempts over several days, I finally I got a working number. My claim from bank was denied because after several weeks they sent me their cheap device. SO I am out $90. They said I could pay for the return shipping and they would reimburse me. That was over a month ago. They keep saying they will issue an e check to original payment in 7 to 10 biz days. Still hasn't happened. DON'T waste your money. Buy from a trusted company. Don't get fooled by their fake "consumer affairs" website. I hope they go out of business soon because of all the false promises they made and the fact that I paid $13 more to ship it to them. MORE MONEY thrown down the toilet. More hard earned money> BUYERS BEWARE

A gimmick by any other name

This product its no more than a gimmick. I am now officially a member of P.T. Barnum's group that fulls under the category, "There's a sucker born every minute." Shame on me! This device produces no cooler air than an ordinary fan, which runs quieter. After running at top speed in a relatively small room for three hours, the temperature didn't change a single degree.

I had the same experience with the product. I could get more cooling from a pan of water and a fan. However, when I called customer service I spoke to Aiseo, she was was very pleasant and helpful. She arranged for a full refund. I wish every customer service person I talk was half as pleasant and efficient.

Very disappointed with the product

Very disappointed with the product, ended up being not much more than a little fan without much of a breeze. However, Customer Service was very efficient with their response to my emails and resoling my problem. No matter how well CS is when the product lacks quality what use is it to the customer.

Refund for defective product

The product was not what I expected at all. The service was excellent. The response time was very quick & they did refund my money.
