Scam . Company in China . Won’t respond. Took my money haven’t shipped my order in weeks !!

This gets one star because can't do none. I had a beautiful picture of my niece's golden retriever. The dog has cancer and I wanted to get her something she could keep with her after the dog had passed. The preview of tbe necklace looked fantastic. The actual product looks like a child scribbled it. It has creepy mismatched eyes. The company is currently celebrating the Lunar new year so I haven't heard back. I don't really expect to. I wish I could post the picture of what they sent.

Total rip off. Phone numbers disconnected. Crap necklace sent. Do not order. Scam scam scam.

I had placed an order with Only One Jewelry on January 4th . I had downloaded an app called “Shop” that scans through your emails and keeps you updated on things you have ordered online . My order that I had placed made me feel a little skeptical as it kept saying “order placed” 2 weeks later , & after reading these reviews . . . At the bottom of the app , there is a “contact” button . I emailed them , & they shipped everything I had ordered that SAME night . My order ended up getting delivered to my home 4 days later . I got 4 personalized pieces . And let me tell you , everything came out PERFECTLY . Exactly how I wanted them .
For the people that have left bad reviews , I hope this helps . Dont lose faith . It’s coming !! & you will NOT be disappointed . I wish I was able to add pictures to this review !

No contact after purchase. They took the money and did nothing else. Item was not received, emails did not get answered and phone numbers are disconnected.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. The product is cheap, came scratched, AND WON’T GIVE ME A REFUND, with no explanation at that.
They asked for pictures multiple times which is fine but they ignored every time I said something about the scratch until all I was repeating was about it. They ignored all of my questions and points, including a screenshot of their own policy.

There is no where to place a review on the website which leads me to believe that the reviews on the website are fake (of course they’re all good on there or else no one would buy).

Scam. After now seeing the multiple reviews and similar stories, it appears only one jewelry doesn’t intend to actually fulfill their orders. Ordered two pieces for cremains as Christmas time gift in the beginning of December. Only after pursuing and checking did I receive from only one jewelry the multiple excuses about shortage of staff and delays due to hard conditions. After four attempts, I was offered a $5 discount. A month after ordering, our credit card vendor will handle the charge and subrogation as we disputed the charge due to non delivery. I only give one star as there isn’t a lower value. Disappointing.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Made my order on Dec 12, 2020. It said that it would be shipped within 1 to 3 business day. With regular shipping taking 3 to 7 days. It showed a tracking number finally on Dec. 24 and has sat at the same location since. They have offered every excuse through email from staffing to the postal service isn't updating their end. They did offer a discount on my next order. LOL. Anyways stay way from this company.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. I placed an order a month ago and have received no information. I have reached out numerous times to their customer service department by email because their customer service phone number is no longer in service. The email is getting no response. When I finally got a response, they told me that they had been trying to reach me to verify my address to ship the order. Never mind that I have sent god knows how many emails to them. I asked them to verify the information they had for my order and where it was supposed to ship to and they gave me someone else’s information. I asked for a refund and just to cancel my order as this was beyond ridiculous and not worth the money and they have stopped all communication. I’m just out that money. Seriously don’t waste your time

Ordered a locket necklace for my autistic son as a Christmas gift and an ID in case (praying this never happens) he was ever to be lost. Ordered almost a month ago and still haven't seen it. My attempts to contact their customer service has been futile with their contact number disconnected.. After deciding to look up more info on the company, my heart sank as I read through all these negative reviews. I have very little faith I will receive my order at all let alone by Christmas. How does a company like this, after countless complaints and bad reviews, are able to continue to prey on the unknowing consumer?

So much for giving my sons fiancé what I thought was going to be a beautiful Christmas present!!! Zero communication, no tracking available and both phone numbers appear to be disconnected! What a SCAM! I don’t care so much that I’m out $58 it’s the fact that I failed on her present!!!

In my grief over the loss of my son, I purchased the wrong memorial bracelet for my sons ashes. Once I was less emotional, I requested a refund within the 90 day window. The bracelet was not personalized and never used. I took a picture to show the item was in its original state. This company was not accommodating at all, and gave me additional grief by suggesting that the item was specially made for me (which it was not), therefore they could only refund a portion ($8) of the purchase price. Additionally they said I would have to send it back to China (the item was sent from Northern California)! I just gave up, at that point. This company does not honor their own listed return policies!! BEWARE!!!

I truly wish I could give this zero stars!! They have just the worse customer service ever! I placed a order 12 days ago and have heard nothing about it! They finally emailed my a line of crap so I asked for a refund and cut my losses. They offered my $5 and asked me to give them more time on the order! This place is a complete scam and ripoff! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! they said it would take time to process the customized necklace; then they directed me to an APP that will keep track of shipping record of my order, which kept saying it will arrive TOMORROW; GUESS WHAT? it is 5 days later and NO ITEM after I ordered it EXPRESS MAIL(425 extra); now I am out $40 for the price of necklace PLUS $25; How is it that the Better Business Bureau hasn't cracked them down and closed them?

This company is a scam! After months of waiting, they sent my daughter a cheap, ugly necklace instead of the ankle bracelet she ordered. When she wanted to return it, they told her they mixed up her order with another customer's, that she got their necklace and they got her ankle bracelet. They wanted her to mail the necklace directly to that customer and said the other customer would mail the ankle bracelet to her. My daughter requested a prepaid postage label since it was their mistake. She was told to please go ahead and mail it and she would be reimbursed for postage. Do not order anything from this company. Our daughter learned her lesson the hard way and is out $40.

Items come from China with long wait times. Refused to cancel my order and wouldn't issue a full refund. Don't buy from them, find someone local for better quality items

It took a long time to receive my order because it is coming from China. That was not the problem.
When I wanted to return part of the order they were impossible to deal with. They kept sending me email to respond to my requests and each time it was something different that they said. I wanted to return the earrings because they were smaller than the picture. They said they put the size of them on the description. I did not see any size.
I wanted to return the bracelet because the links were much smaller than the picture.
I have learned a lesson when ordering online.
CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST. If I had, I would not have ordered from this company. The quality is not bad but trying to return part of the order was painful and I never was able to send it back.........
They said they had no record of my order but yet I have the items...;;;;;

Too bad there was not a zero star option! This company is absolutely awful, I ordered a necklace and never received it. I got email notify it was delivered so I asked neighbors, checked my security cameras, and contacted the post office. With no sign of a package I contacted the company they said to do everything I already had done, then refused to actually send my necklace or refund my money blaming it on the pandemic. Yet any and everything else I have ordered since the beginning of this pandemic seems to make it with NO ISSUES! They just basically stole my money and never sent the product!

My friend purchased a Scorpio necklace for me almost a month ago. They kept saying it’s been delievered. But it never was. I wouldn’t trust this site.
