Our records show that your order was successfully delivered with a proof-of-delivery photo on file. Unfortunately, it appears the package may have been taken from your delivery location after it was dropped off — a situation that is beyond our control once the carrier confirms delivery.
We did reach out and kindly asked you to file a claim directly with the carrier, as they are the appropriate party to investigate and compensate for lost packages in these circumstances. We understand that process can feel frustrating, and we genuinely wish we could do more on our end.

High-quality toy, just wish shipping was faster
I'm usually the type of person who never has time for anything—especially writing reviews. But I wanted to make an exception for this one.
First, the positives: I genuinely think this remote-controlled vibrator is fantastic. The packaging and overall build quality are far better than any similar product I've purchased before. The app is easy to use and works smoothly without the connectivity issues I've experienced with other toys.
My only complaint is the shipping time. I contacted customer service several times, and they were always friendly, patient, and helpful. However, waiting almost two weeks for delivery was frustrating.
Thanks to the customer service team for inviting me to leave a review—this is my honest opinion. If the company can improve shipping times, the experience would be even better. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
