I’ve had hot tub around 4 month now and absolutely love it! Delivery guys were great and really explained how to use and maintain cleaning ect. Communication was great while Waiting for delivery. From start to finish was fantastic communication and worry free. Also have to mention Jordan who went above and beyond during the first few weeks who was there to help out when we needed someone. Thank you

Delivery service was great, the hot tub is fantastic and has been a great addition to our garden. Although we had a small problem with it a team of engineers came straight out and fixed the issue.

Glad I changed to onlinespas as I already put a deposit on another hot tub with someone else
After speaking with Mike he changed my mind to get spa from them
Glad I did .date was booked the 2 lads kept me informed wat time they would be with me
Install went good
Just shame they had a 6 hour drive home

Amazing service and the guy that fitted it was very helpful and explained everything full that I need to do with my hot tub. He even came back and helped me sort the air bubbles. Best thing I have bought and all ready in time for when the lovely weather comes back. I highly recomend using onlinespa. Thank you

Love our new hot tub
Seb and his partner were great installing it and very tidy even though the wind was blowing away all of the packaging
They were delayed but we were kept in the loop and are really happy with the hot tub
We can’t wait for the stormy weather to pass so we can make the most of our new hot tub at home

Our spa was held a little while along with lots of other goods. Online Spas offered us an alternative model, but we decided to stick with our original choice. It was fully installed for us by the delivery team and now we are really loving our new spa - it feels like a little bit of luxury in our our back garden. A great investment that we are really looking forward to using throughout the year.

I enquired about a spa online Sunday evening
I received a phone call on the Monday from a lovely lady explaining to me about the spas, what offers where available and what requirements I needed and what time a sales rep could call me to discuss further.
Within a couple of hrs a sales guy called Ash called me explaining everything to me including payment options and I was so confident I placed an order.. now wait for it…… My spa was delivered and setup the following day !
The team arrived Miles and his colleague a very polite young man and set my spa up and had me going within an hour…
Amazing service even down to the after sales calls to make sure I was happy and everything was ok with my Spa.

We ordered our hot tub in the run up to Christmas and was delighted at how quickly the delivery was arranged.
We needed a crane to get the tub into our garden and the guys in the office arranged this for us, there was a slight delay due to the crane availability but only a couple of days.

The guys that installed the tub were so polite and professional considering the distance they had traveled on the 23rd of December, really nice guys who spent ages helping my husband to understand how to maintain the tub.

Was disappointed that the tub didn’t come with a user manual however we were told to scan the QR code on the panel, sadly this didn’t work and it then took a few phone calls to get one emailed to us, which is annoying as I don’t work in the Uk.

Sadly I’ve not yet had the pleasure of trying the tub out but my family have assured me that it’s fabulous, I’m looking forward to getting as much use out of it as possible in the not to distant future.

Added an update, a tad disappointed with online spas… drove me crazy with calls and emails requesting a review in return a promise of a free gift, alas it’s now may and no gift!
Don’t promise freebie's to get good reviews, if your service is good people will leave reviews in their own time.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.
Back in April 2021 our hot tub arrived 4 weeks late - admittedly the company did keep us well informed and this was a situation out of their control. Around 2/3 months after the installation the hot tub kept switching off, the installers had rammed the plug in the socket that hard that they split the casing and when we looked there was burn marks on the casing. We contacted the company and they came and extended the cable - problem solved. Fast forward 6 months and the hot tub starts making an awful noise, so loud that our neighbours could hear and were complaining. We contacted the company and they sent two people out to check it - the pump needs replacing. Since then we haven’t been able to speak to anybody. Emails and messages are being ignored. We haven’t been able to use the hot tub for a 6-8 weeks because if the god awful noise coming from the pump. Half of these reviews are probably just to get the free gift they offer to give you when you leave reviews.

Professional from the very first contact! The guys brought the spa and set it up, nothing was to much trouble for these experts. Contact throughout was reassuring and nothing was ever a problem. We are over the moon with the spa and would recommend this company to anybody.

Terrible after care!!! STILL WAITING…….. Even after my review and updating the review as I was asked to I am still waiting for this to be rectified. Broke since purchased Jan 12th 2022 and we are now in April. Even though I was called immediately after I left a review and promised it would be rectified asap nothing has happened. Again I am still chasing as the communication or lack there of is terrible. Wish I had taken my custom to one of the many other spa companies out there who would certainly have a better standard of customer service. UPDATE: Immediately after listing my review I received a direct call from C. Lowder… must say, impressed he contacted me directly instead of another customer service agent. He took responsibility and was apologetic, insisting communication will be made throughout the process of rectifying the current teething issues moving forward. It’s now been explained that they are simply awaiting stock and I have been given an estimated time scale which is an improvement on not knowing anything. Of course when the issue has been rectified I’ll happily update my review to what I would have originally listed which is 5*. Until then faith has been restored 🙂

Initially the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Sales team 5* - from quotation to order to delivery and installation 2 days!! Communication…….Amazing! Miles and Freddie were fantastic with installation giving an in-depth tutorial making sure I was confident with the maintenance needed to get the best from our Sicilian Hot tub. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. A few days after delivery we started to use the Hot tub, straight away I noticed one of the led bulbs did not work, a few of the jets were not working as they should and the on/off gages around the top of the tub would round robin when they should stop to the left or right when turned. I called straight away to report it and request someone come out to look, fix and replace the bulb and let’s face it, you would think as a new customer who has committed to a £5k purchase it would be sorted asap especially considering the initial customer service given is above and beyond you would have no doubt this would happen.
Four days after my call I received an email from C. Lowder asking for pictures which I promptly replied to attaching the images. Since then I have had no outsourced communication. Frustratingly and time consuming may I add, I’ve had to chase with emails and calls, I’ve had a couple of responses that are short and abrupt. The past few weeks each time I’ve reached out and waited a week until the next time I email or call again. I sent an email at the end of last week simply saying “ any update? It’s a bulb and it’s been another week not hearing from you” and received NO response at all!!!! It seems looking through the reviews other customers are experiencing the same. I’m glad I waited to review as I would of given 5* at the beginning. I’ve looked today to see who I would send the complaint to about the lack of communication and aftercare and to my dismay C.Lowder is the complaints manager. I feel deflated and let down, I have no confidence this will be rectified. I have called again today to feed back my frustrations and disappointment and only hope that Nick in CS will come back to me as promised. It’s a real shame that it seems they are all for looking after you until you make your purchase then the after care is non existent.
