Like everyone else do not give this crowd your hard earned cash. They are total scammers. Take your money twice then disappear. Web site has closed down. Have reported them to various authorities so will see what happens.

Absolute scam! They took the money twice. No photos after a week as well and they put a subscription on my account as well! Had to call my bank and sort it out but seriously this website needs to be reported as fraud and taken down!

I needed a passport photo quickly and this site appeared to be one of the cheapest. Fast forward 6 months and I discover they’ve been charging me £4.90 per month ever since because one purchase automatically subscribes you to their photo hosting fee. Disgusting!

Further, i now find they have charged me twice, had also taken what I assume is a 'hosting fee' a month later without my authorisation or it being mentioned and that there link to cancel the 'hosting' doesn't work.
I have demanded and immediate refund......

Fraud, don't use.

They outsource to Snapfish to do the photos and make no money from that, but make their money by putting you on a hidden subscription which they don't mention at check out or anywhere on their site.

They also mention they will meet the requirements of your authority but don't.

Waste of time.

I did actually get my photos but yeah total scam, taking it up with CC company

It’s frightening how these people continue to trade. It took weeks for my photos to be delivered. I chased and chased. I eventually got them. I then got charged another £4.90 the next month and told it was a subscription fee per month I was being billed for for them to ‘store’ my photos. I never ever signed up for this. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They are scammers. How are they still trading. I don’t understand!!

Like others say they "accidentally" take 2 payments and when I complained they put one back complaining of a glitch in system
One month later got a chage for £4.90 for some subscription I had not signed up for, think I have managed to cancel this now

Charged twice £5.90. Thought it might have been me making an error with Google pay but they obviously got there payment system setup to glitch 2 payments out off you. If your in Monzo bank it is easy to sort out in online chat and I got refunded £5.90 within the hour.

Sure the photos will be okay for what I need them for (blue badge) and for the rest off ID's let's be honest unless it is a provisional drivers license you can use your smart phone to do selfie photos for passports and renewals,citizen cards,veterans rail cards,disability rail cards and voter ID certificates.
I can easily block future payments in monzo bank app so not a prob for me. I was carefull not to tick any of there storage facilities or extra services and expected to pay £5.90 which is cheaper than the ripoff post office £10 photo booths. A Samsung A15 4G should sort you out for £100 used like new should you not be up to date with your phone.
Saved £4.10 so I am happy enough but 3 star for the double charge and I will wait to see how long my photos take to arrive and report back on quality and length of time. Let's be honest here royal mail have gone down the tubes so maybe this company can't be blamed for delayed post. Not sure why people are complaining about photos not cut into 4 photos as post office ones come in a strip too. There is a thing called scissors.
I am sure those complaining about photo quality have got older phones so took a rubbish selfie not against a white wall in the day time so only themselves to blame .Least the photos land so I will score them 3 stars for now for the £4.10 saved. Would have been nice for them to have sent an email confirmation which is concerning but seeing as others have reported getting there photo's I am unconcerned, especially with Monzo as my bank.
In my Monzo bank £5.90 payment there is a number for this company who probably operate from a fake address in a dingy flat somewhere to make a fiver on a £1 cist of a printout from a home pc but still passable quality photo paper. I rang it 07466204421 and it goes straight through to lycra answer phone.

Charged Twice - Our Understanding is they hid information regarding a Subscription Payment - Was not Asked for Highlighted nor Authorised. To Make matters worse the Passports were not of authorised size and useless.

All other reviews are true. Please don't even think of using their services cause you get debited twice and their "next work-day delivery" is a lie!!! It's been a week now and the prints haven't arrived.

Same as other reviewers, it’s a scam. Payments for a subscription I never agreed to taken each month. My bank blocked the payments and they set up another subscription and took 2 more!! I’m reporting to trading standards.

I disabled all their various scammy subscriptions during the checkout process, but somehow they still added an outrageously expensive and ludicrous “photo hosting” subscription for £4.90/month to the bill.

Their excuse likely is that somewhere in the small print of the order confirmation they include the necessary information, but it’s obviously a scammy company.

I was signed up without my knowledge into a monthly subscription for them to continue "hosting" my photo. The first time this was mentioned was when it was hidden on the receipt after placing the order, there was a link to cancel the subscription which does not work.
My actual photos were delivered very slowly and actually drop-shipped straight from Snapfish. They were not pre-cut as advertised on the website and did not arrive within the advertised delivery period. The photo was badly edited from the original which would have made it ineligible for use in any kind of official ID.
Finally I also noticed I was double charged for the transaction.

Terrible service.Dupilcate charge and photos never arrived and it’s been two weeks!
I’ve checked adress and everything was correct. I am now in dispute with both transactions as they have double chargered me for no service at all. Don’t use!

They sign you up for a monthly subscription without your consent.
Pictures were good but the extra subscription to keep your photos on the cloud is a scam.
