Before delivery was on time from last few months it becomes very very slow and on the pharmacy website it shows delay is from customer and don't understand why pharmacy is destroying their own name
Delivery service has become very dull and patatic and on top of that blaming customer that delay is from customer side

Mixed experience some of the items…
Mixed experience some of the items arrived as expected but when I contacted support I was not impressed it seems they regarded me as stupid

Bad communication
Multiple times, they have cancelled and refunded the main item but still posted another item from my order which costs the same or less than the postage, and is clearly just an add-on type of item. They need to give you the option of cancelling the entire order. Instead, they give no notice that the main item/s is/are out of stock/they're not willing to send, and they go ahead with sending something you would never buy on its own. The result is you pay a lot of money for what should be a cheap item. When I queried this once, I got the third degree about the item they had cancelled and they made me feel like a criminal. Just don't sell them then?

Just made my first order. Arrived the next day. Exactly what I ordered (and had found difficult to find elsewhere) at a great price, and the delivery included lots of free extras! Will definitely use again.
