I emailed this company with a couple of questions relating to style and shipping and received a very quick and helpful response. This helped me to make a decision to place an order for 4 outdoor Italian made lights which we are very pleased with. Delivery was also prompt.

Excellent service and support from Orlagh as my pendants were out of stock in Ireland & came from UK warehouse. For this reason, there was a little delay but Orlagh did everything to get them to me faster once she knew I had a deadline, thank you Orlagh. They were worth it too, they are beautiful. I ordered 2 more as they work so well in our hallway 😍

Found the lights at a good price and…
Found the lights at a good price and purchased them, buying was easy online and despatched quickly, delivery was by Evri who kept delaying delivery and eventually took a photo on my door step of the item however I never got it. I live in a quiet village and my home is hidden away so can't be seen but some how parcel was either stolen or kept. Evri have been an issue in my village for years but I can't control how goods are sent by the seller.
