Why can’t I upload a photograph? It was vile. On opening my original Greek style yogurt it had the appearance of cottage cheese. I tried emailing with attached pictures best before date and bar codes no response. Won’t purchase again
I only buy Onken yoghurts, with Cherry being my favourite flavour ❤️ However for a change, I thought I would try their Vanilla yoghurt. This was a big mistake, as I could not taste any Vanilla whatsoever ☹️ I will continue to purchase Onken Yoghurts, but on this occasion, I found I had cause to complain about this particular flavour.
Absolutely use less customer service informed them the pots I purchased x2 had very little fruit in them took details of my concern ( complaint) and said I WOULD get a goodwill gesture to purchase as a replacement spoke to 3 customer service HARRY ..PADDY ,,& ? can’t remember the last one ,said voucher had been sent BUT not used SO would send me replacement THATS was about a month ago absolutely nothing from THEM unbelievable 🤷♂️
We regularly buy Onken’s Mango, Papaya & Passion Fruit yogurt, so we immediately noticed something was wrong with the latest pot. It did not taste right, contained no fruit pieces at all, and left me genuinely concerned about whether it was safe to eat. The lack of fruit was especially odd given how consistent this product normally is.
I submitted a complaint through their website and even kept the pot in the fridge for over a month past expiry in case they needed it for batch testing. Despite this, I received no response at all, not even an acknowledgment.
I also tried calling customer service, but no one ever answered. For a major brand, this level of customer care is extremely disappointing. When a product tastes off and appears faulty, you expect the company to take it seriously. Instead, the customer service is non‑existent.
So I’ve been having the cherry 450g yoghurt for the past 6 months, but this weekend I bit into what I can only describe as a cherry pip and something else, which was hard and sharp, so I sent “ Onken” an email regarding this, the first was 7 days ago and again yesterday, I’ve had no response or reply, so their customer service department if there is in fact one, doesn’t care about their customers, I am now considering not buying it again. Especially as customers service appears non existent or caring
