A good experience from start to finish
We have had three One Wood Floors fitted now and are extremely happy.
Very helpful chap at the shop who was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us good advice and took the time to show us a range of flooring which we might want to consider.
The fitting of the floors went smoothly and the fitter was also very friendly when he came to measure up and then fit the product.
Efficient and reliable.

I could not recommend them more highly!
I could not recommend them more highly. We have used them twice and on both occasions have been very pleased.
They were very helpful when we were choosing our floor, gave us a good price and the fitter was both excellent at his trade and very pleasant to have in the house. They came when they said they would, finished promptly and left no mess!

I would recommend
One Wood Floors were very accomodating to our linited time schedule and put in the extra hours to get the job done before our opening hours next day. They took the time to make sure the floor was level even with our old warped boards underneath and finished the job nicely.

Excellent company
We first used One Wood Floors back in 2017 to lay wooden floor all over the ground floor in our house. The quality of the fitting was extremely good, they were tidy and finished the job before the expected date, as well as being nice people. It was a no brainer then last year, when we decided to do the top floor, to choose One Word Floors again.
The installer, Paul, worked hard, he was very tidy and a very nice guy and did (again) an excellent job.
We thoroughly recommend this Company, for price and service, you will not be disappointed.

Just got a quote to replace aluminium threshold strips for oak ones.
Very high quote- found a local carpenter to do the job at less than half the price.

The nearest stockist of what we urgently needed
Went to one wood as they were the nearest stockist of the particular style we needed to top up after our contractor under ordered.
Initially service was very good but when we came to return full packs over which they said at the outset they would accept we had to pay the carriage and only got a very partial credit. Left a sour taste.

Unfortunately, as we do not keep stock of any product and all products are ordered directly from the suppliers, we are regulated by the supplier's returns policy and carriage charges for all returns, again this is all clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions on our quotes and invoices.

A top wood flooring Company
We were looking for a company to install a solid oak wood flooring that would lift our Dining room and Hallway. We attended various exhibitions and visited several wood floor companies that were all the same and fairly mediocre. We stumbled across One Wood Floors and in discussion knew by their approach that they would do a good job. We have a stunning solid oak floor in a modern herringbone style. All the skirting was removed so the flooring goes under the skirting. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work has been excellent. We can certainly recommend them

Very good showroom, lots of different quality/price choices, friendly & knowledgeable sales staff. Installation was on time & high quality, but there was one slight misunderstanding over an edge trim finish which required an extra visit to resolve. This was only a minor item, and without this, I would have scored as 5 star (would have been 4.5 if the system let you do half scores).

They were a great bunch of guys - professional and respectful and I could not have asked for more.
