Excellent Customer Service
Customer support reps have been courteous and helpful and you don't have to wait long to speak with a live human about anything you need help with. OneUp does an excellent job with customer service. The evaluation program is designed nicely with helpful analytics. They provide an effective path to funding. I have also valued my dealings with MES Capital who I have received several payouts from that were prompt in getting to my bank account.

es una muy buena compañia pero
es una muy buena compañia pero deben mirar si pueden borrar varias reglas que son muy estrictas para los traders a demás debería haber una opción para que se puedan hacer retiros por cualquier monto al menos 1 vez por semana.
Hacen falta más promociones que llamen la atención a nuevos candidatos

Started with OneUp Trader in July 26 (25K)
I started with OneUp Trader in July 2026 and have recently passed two 25K evaluations.
So far, my experience has been very positive. The evaluation platform has been stable, the rules are generally clear, and the review process was smooth. I also found the support team responsive whenever I had questions.
At this stage, however, my experience is limited to the evaluation process and onboarding. My funded accounts have not yet been activated, so I cannot comment on the funded experience, payout requests, or withdrawals.
One suggestion I would make is to improve transparency around the funded account's 10-second rule by providing traders with a compliance dashboard (for example, showing trades under 10 seconds and their associated P&L). This would help traders remain fully compliant and feel more confident before requesting a payout.
Overall, my first impression has been very positive, and I look forward to gaining more experience with the funded accounts.
