Good product. It helps me a lot to level up my videos. The translations are on point and save me a lot of time. It's not perfect but always improving, so I am confident and keep a fifth star for another time. Everytime I complain for anything the support takes it in charge and resolve my problem very quickly. I recommand it for lazy and unskilled people like me who don't wanna waste time on videos editing. But you'll have lots of fun using it if you are experienced.

I'm super angry. Since I've been working with One Take, it doesn't work at all. It is super, super error prone. It is slow and doesn't work properly. Depending on how you edit the videos with the editor, the editor crashes or is extremely slow. Even if you make small adjustments, they are not implemented correctly and texts disappear. The support is also bad. In general, there is no response. The support chat is a disaster. There is no way to report bugs or chat directly with an agent. There are only pre-made answers and you don't get feedback on support tickets. Instead, the solution is promoted again and again and you are invited to webinars where there are updates. Which updates? The solution doesn't work to this day. Lately, I haven't been able to upload videos. No matter which videos I've tried to upload, I can't upload them anymore. I advise everyone to invest in this solution because it is not mature.
