One Step Funding was a breath of fresh air to work with. We were really struggling and not only did they come thru, they were very easy to reach and available for us at any time. I would highly recommend them!!

Christina was literally always online…
Christina was literally always online and responded to my questions, no matter how odd they may have been, at all hours of the day or night. I remember getting responses after midnight...usually within minutes of me sending her the questions. I highly recommend using One Step Funding.

I was contacted by Christina at One…
I was contacted by Christina at One Step Funding as they were looking to see if they could help me to get an SBA PPP loan. She got my application submitted to a lender they were working with. However a few days later she got a hold of me and told me that lender didn't seem to be doing a very good job, and I might try to apply with a different lender. I did, and that lender was very proactive. Christina kept checking in with me and offering to help in any way she could. I had previously applied with 7-8 lenders for the PPP loan, and most, including my own bank, were not very responsive. Fortunately this made me a pro at filling out the application. As it turned out, the lender she recommended (the very last lender I applied with) got the loan done in a few days after the second round of funding was approved. Christina walked me through the whole process and I'm really happy that she kept tabs on it and kept checking in.

They were there when you needed them…
They were there when you needed them the most! Christina was hands on top notch in both experience and compassion. She was willing to work and answer questions when most Companies are not willing to take the time. She was able to direct my Company in the right direction which enabled us to achieve and acquire the funding that was requested. We are looking forward to working with her again in the near future. Thank you for all of your efforts!!!
