Wasting time, unprofessiona, suspicious
My name is Luis Rincon I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the financing process I went through with your company.
After completing all the steps required on your end, including submitting documentation, signing contracts, and granting consent for access to my information and account, I was informed that my financing had been approved. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded with all the instructions provided by your team.
However, unexpectedly and without a clear explanation, I was later informed that the financing would not be approved. This situation is completely contradictory and unprofessional, especially considering that I had already been notified of an approval and had signed all the necessary documentation.
Given this, I have a reasonable question:
On what basis was I required to sign documents and grant access to my information if the credit was ultimately not going to be granted? This type of handling creates distrust and directly affects my financial planning and decision-making.
I request a formal written explanation regarding what occurred, as well as the basis for this change in decision after a prior approval had already been communicated.
If I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response, I will proceed with consulting legal counsel to evaluate the appropriate actions. Additionally, I cannot recommend your company under these circumstances, as the experience has lacked transparency and professionalism.
