Had no Idea how to go about selling shares.Found One Off Trades followed thier easy online instructions and they did the rest quick and easy

I appreciate your service and the process I had to endure to setup the trade. I also assume next time I will not need to go through that setup again provided my trade relates to the same investment entity.
I did find the turnaround time longer than anticipated and was left feeling in the dark when to expect the delivery of funds. Whether this in in your control or not I could not tell.

I was surprised how easy and quick it was to conduct my sale of shares.

Usually use LINK marketing services but couldn't use license as ID 🤔
So used your services instead as as it was urgent. It cost a LOT more and took twice as long so I wasn't very happy. 1 day trade???? Took a week to hit my bank account and as I said cost a LOT more. So not happy

Do not use this selling platform. Had me jump through hoops to register, I attached everything needed then get requests 3 days later saying more info and screenshot of accounts required yet evetrhing was attached to submission.. Incompetent and cost me a week during a dip so lost on price and then charged 8% for their incompetent services without any response to my concerns and correspondence sent.
Think the name says it all... One off.... Never again and maybe that's why the service is so poor... Not relying on repeat customer service and use.....
