Edge team took care of everything starting with offering several candidates to choose from. Once I selected my pick they took care of all the paperwork and helped us get set up for remote work. It was me who struggled a bit at the beginning with the virtual part and that made for a little bumpy onboarding of my new Virtual Assistant. Once I improved my communication skills I’m happy to state that I can’t imagine functioning in my practice without Mahum. She answers the phone, coordinates the patient schedules, preps my charts, communicates with patients regularly about results and pharmacies about scripts. Once my practice expands I’ll turn to Edge for another talent.

Failed venture. Top most executives (management level) are fired every 3-6 months. Head of HR worked only 3 month out of California. Prior to that the Head of HR was let go in 8 months. Head of Delivery resigned in U.S 3 months in. Smart people can't stand founders failed vision and manipulative micromanagement.

Associate turnover is on a spree. You will be without your associate within weeks. They cannot keep their customers happy nor the associates who work for these customers.

There are many other VA agencies out there who are far batter for your business. Do not waste your money here.

No respect for an associate. No respect for Clients. Politics and bias trickles from the top to the bottom. People in position of authority in PK office are deaf to the problems that surround this company. Spent over three months and am extremely happy to have left this toxic bed of thorns. Think twice.

She quickly learned the job, works mostly independently with little guidance, asks appropriate and timely questions, is cheerful and dependable.
