TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — NO CONSENT, NO WARNING, AND EXTREMELY PAINFUL!
I had a terrible experience while having my blood drawn. The staff did not ask for my consent at all. Without warning me or saying anything like, “I’m going to touch your arm” or I’m Going to insert the needle, they suddenly took my blood. It was extremely painful, and I experienced a lot of pain and discomfort.
The whole experience was very rude, disturbing, and frightening. I strongly do not recommend this place. Please be careful and think twice before going there.

Warm & friendly phlebotomist who was also highly competent and very quick turnaround time for results, less than 24 hours, and very competitive prices , Maybe have a word with IT department about sending results in one email not several. Apart from that small detail, they were perfect. Highly recommended

I was able to book an in-person appointment on the same day and then add an additional test when I arrived. The phlebotomist was kind and efficient.
