One Day Tests - Canary Wharf Omdömen 

I have acute needle phobia and bad veins, every time I hyperventilate until I faint, however not this time.The nurse who took my blood was so gentle and made me laugh so much that I did not realised when she took the blood.It was the best experience ever,I found my come back place in this Canary Wharf Clinic for sure... I left smiling.

Waiting time for an appointment was very short and was seen pretty much straight away.
The website is very useful and easy to use.
The clinic was clean and nice to be in.
Klara is an amazing woman, she has vast knowledge and was very helpful and made me feel more than a patient and her etiquettes were on point. I needed assistance choosing the right test and she went through them thoroughly helping me make the right decision.
The test was quick and the retrieval of the tests are extremely easy and fast.
I absolutely would recommend this service to others and the price of the tests are much better than a few places I researched beforehand.
I would like to thank Klara and the rest of the team that handled the admin/tests.
I will definitely go back to them in the future when required.

But the emails, my word. I booked one test. One. I've had thirteen emails from these people. Thirteen. Completely unnecessary and a nuisance.

I have a deep fear of needles and blood tests, but Karla at One Day Test changed everything. She played my favorite calming music, spoke to me with such kindness, and before I even realized, she said, “All done.”No pain, no panic—just relief. I was so overwhelmed I hugged her. If you’re scared like I was, go see Karla. She’s the best nurse I’ve ever had.

Very kind , sweet and warm lady who took my blood. Made me feel comfortable, entire thing was painless - might I add I’m not really fond of injections and find them scary.

I have used the Canary Wharf branch of One Day Tests for several blood tests. All tests came back within the expected time frame (1 day turnaround time was in fact the same day!). The phlebotomist, Karla, is genuinely the best I have ever come across–I've had many blood draws and am a regular blood donor. I couldn't even feel the needle, didn't have any bruising.

Just wow... Karla (Canary Wharf) is the one to see for blood tests! I didn't even feel the needle touch my skin. On top of this, she is just lovely and must put everyone at ease in her office.

I didn't pre-book an appointment but I was seen very quickly.

I had results land in my inbox within hours.

However, one of the brilliant things about this company is the heath dashboard which explains every test result with a little infographic, showing me easily where I sat within the 'normal' range, and with easy paragraphs on what 'higher', 'lower' and 'normal' means in real terms.

I am relieved that I chose this company for my blood tests.

I had my bloods taken at the Canary Wharf branch earlier this week. Karla was lovely, very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

It was not easy to find the place in Canary Wharf, Google maps was directing us to a different building. We had to walk around in circles and ask some people for directions. We finally found it but we were 10 mins late and the nurse told us that we had to wait until the next appointment is seen, then it would be our turn. The nurse was kind of polite though and drawing blood for the test was a smooth process. They need to fix the misdirection on google maps and put a bigger sign outside the building so that people can find the place.
