One Day Tests - Bristol Omdömen 

Very misleading name. I assumed the results would take 1 day, not 12 days! I would have gone elsewhere if I'd known this before I booked.

Easy, efficient, practitioner was personable and professional.

Appt was for 1130 but I was an hr early, went in to try my luck and nurse was very helpful and had my test early👍. Very easy, had one here before, out in a few minutes. Results came within 2 days. All very slick. I dont bother with the home tests, they don’t work for me. I Always visit the clinic!

Quick, good phlebotomist took the blood sample, and clear messaging about results ~2days following. App is useful to review results together. Explains what each marker is and what the bounds are for normal results.

The booking process and blood test itself were good, the appointment ran on time and was quick.

We were disappointed however by the communications post-test, which was a sensitive one ((a) screening for genetic abnormalities during pregnancy and b) fetal gender). Having waited 6 days for the results, we were informed by email that our results were available to view in the patient portal when in fact they weren’t. Cue our confusion, concern, and an email to customer support. We then received an (automated) email suggesting we “speak with a GP about our test results” having still not received them. Cue further worry. Having received the first email at 09.30, our results were eventually sent through to us at 15.30 which - following prior unsuccessful pregnancies - made for an anxious day of waiting and worrying.

I received all results within the 2 working days promised and the guidance on the website explaining the results, and the written report, were very clear and helpful.

This was my second time of using One day Tests. This time I used the Bristol clinic.
Once again I had no wait for my appointment and all the results were back within 24 hours.

It was great to see the charts showing the effect of the supplements I had tried since the first set of tests.

Easy to book. I then had to cancel and change the date, which was easy to do. Super quick experience doing the blood test itself and then got the results the next day, with the final ones the day after that. The data supplied is excellent, but interpreting them and what actions you need to take isn't easy, so I used AI's help, which provided an excellent summary and action plan. I will definitely be getting 6 monthly tests done to track my progress.

I was send a brief health questionnaire and told my test results would be through in one to three days. Two came through next day and the third on day 2. Excellent professional

I chanced upon the clinic in clifdon in Bristol, the phlebotomist was so kind, she fitted me in at the last minute and was happy to chat and offer her expertise. The clinic itself was was beautiful, calm and clean. Test results arrived in the timeframe given.
