I had a Plastic surgery on 16.10.2025. I made a breast uplift and 360 Liposuction with tummy tuck. Yes, I had a lot of pain but its not possible to do this without pain. Dr. Mustafa Ünal gave me my dream body.
First I have to say thank you to Adrina to the perfect planing and organisation, for her 24/7 help and an open ear every time. Such a good, kind and nice person and she just wanted the best for me and she took away my fear.
Then I have to say thank you to my personal translator and help on site Didem. Didem was always there for me and made the perfect organisation in Istanbul on site. I also could call her 24/7 and she helped me with everything. She is also such a nice and kind person and takes so much care of me. Thank you very much that you were by my side.
The last I have to say is thank you to Dr. Mustafa Ünal. He made a very good job and has a really good eye for aesthetics. He was so nice and responded everyone of my wishes. Im so happy that I choose this Hospital OneClick Health Group and this Doctor. The whole nurse team was also great and i just can say thank you to all.
I would go there again and again and i can recommend it to you all.

Choosing Dr. Cagri Demirbaglar was truly the best decision I could have made. From his incredible team- including himself, the interpreters Didem and Adriana who where from the beginning to the end by side and nurses — to the surgery itself, everything was absolutely perfect and went seamlessly. I have never met such warm-hearted and genuinely kind people.
He gave me the nose of my dreams.

I got a rhinoplasty in Istanbul and the although experience was good. The hotel and the Hospital we stayed were not the same as promised at the beginning but both were very nice and comfortable + hospital staff was super nice and friendly. Our translator Didem was also very helpful and always in contact with us. Big thanks to dr cagri for my new nose

This was my first surgery ever, and I was quite nervous, but Zeynep was absolutely amazing. She was by my side through every step, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt safe and supported. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience. I’m truly grateful for her care and couldn’t have asked for better support.

From the moment I had contact with these guys they've have been outstanding. I was originally booked with another surgeon at medistanbul. My original co ordinator messaged to say they had found another surgeon gor me at Emsey Hospital. Dr Kayhan Zeytin. I looked at his work on Instagram and decided to go with him. His worked suited me better. However I was given the option. From the moment I arrived I was cared for, supported and guided by my co ordinator. Aysegul. The hospital staff, and translator were amazing and although not many were English there was always someone to help. Once at the hospital I had bloods and EEG amd food. We had arrived 4 hrs late due to a delayed flight and they still got us food late at night. The next morning I met me surgeon. He marked me up and explained all the problems with my previous surgery I haf in the UK. He never slated the surgeon once. He marked me up and went through everything slowly with me. At 9.40am I wa taken to theatre for 6hrs. Once awake I met with my surgeon again and all through the night I was checked by the lovely nurses and messaged by my co ordinator. The next day I was transferred to my hotel where I rested gor 4 days. On the Saturday before flying home I saw my surgeon again. Who checked my scars and was happy for me to fly home. I was given my full medical reports in English and Turkish and all paperwork was English too. I am over the moon with everyone involved in my surgery. I have sent 3 friends to my surgeon already. I can't thank you all enough. Especially my Surgeon and my lovely in person co ordinator. So professional and caring.

Ich wollte euch gerne meine sehr positive überraschte Erfahrung mitteilen über meine Nasen Operation in der Türkei (Istanbul)
Der Arzt der meine Nase operiert hat war SUPER ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden mit dem ergebniss obwohl es noch angeschwollen ist .

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen sei es im Hotel und auch Krankenhaus ,
Im Krankenhaus werdet ihr eine Dolmetscherin haben meine heißt (Didem) sehr lieb und hilfsbereit sie hat auch netterweise angeboten meine Medikamente aus der Apotheke zuholen ! Und die euch alles übersetzt was der Arzt sagt ! Alle Infos die wichtig sind werden rechtzeitig mit euch besprochen und mitgeteilt auch nach der Operation wenn ihr von eurem Transport abgeholt und wenn ihr Fragen im Hotel habt steht der Kontakt weiter bis der heilungs Prozess komplett vorbei ist .

Ihr bekommt im Krankenhaus Essen war auch sehr lecker .

Ich bedanke mich nochmal herzlich an das Team was mit betreut hat und natürlich liebe Grüße an den Arzt der mich operiert hat 💗👍

Всичко беше много добре организирано. Много добро отношение. Страхотни професионалисти.Гюлдан като координатор беше много мила и отговаряше на всички въпроси, които имах месеци преди операцията. Емине беше много отзивчива като преводач и помагаше за всяко едно нещо, което имахме като въпроси. Доктора е мил и отдаден на професията си, страхотен професионалист!

Vom Flughafen Abholung bis zur Entlassung und Rückflug hat sich das Team sehr um mich gekümmert. Die Voruntersuchungen das Vorgespräch mit dem Arzt Herrn Kayhan Zeytin waren sehr ausführlich beratend. Mein OP Lipousotioun 360C und Augenlieder waren sehr erfolgreich. Am nächsten morgen konnte ich langsam gehen, jeden Tag wurde es besser am 3. Tag wurde ich aus dem Emsey Krankenhaus entlassen und ins Hotel direkt nebenan gebracht. Am 5. Tag fand die Abschlussuntersuchung statt. Aysegül Karabulut war die zuständige sehr liebe Mitarbeiterin für mich. Sie hat sich sehr um mich gekümmert war immer bei mir.. ich konnte sie Tag und Nacht erreichen. Die ganze Krankenhausbelegschaft vor allem die Schwestern waren alle sehr mitfühlend und lieb. Im ganzen bin ich am 5 Tag wieder nach Hause nach Deutschland sehr zufrieden geflogen.

Mein OP durch Dr. Çağri Demirbağlar verlief gut, hatte Aufgrund meiner Erkrankung kleine Komplikationen & dadurch ein längeren Heilungsprozess, wurde jedoch sehr gut aufgehoben, durch meine Übersetzerin Didem täglich begleitet und man hat sich in guten Händen gefühlt.

On July 18, 2025, I underwent rhinoplasty surgery. Besides the aesthetic concern, I had a rather serious breathing problem: my left nostril had a deviation, and the right one had atrophy, plus unfortunately a fracture from childhood. Dr. Cagri Demirbaglar managed to restore both the respiratory and the aesthetic function. I am extremely satisfied; the staff was super friendly. If I were to have another surgical procedure, I would definitely come back. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Greetings from Romania. 🇷🇴

Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Alles lief Problemlos und auch der Doktor war sehr Kompetent. Hat mich gefreut!

Meine Erfahrung mit Medistanbul / Emsey Hospital
Zunächst war eine Brustverkleinerung mit Straffung im Medistanbul geplant, doch meine Koordinatorin rief mich an und empfahl mir einen anderen Chirurgen im Emsey Hospital.
Ich sah mir seine Arbeit auf Instagram an und war begeistert, ich vertraute ihr und stimmte zu.
Am Tag meiner Anreise wurde ich dann mit einem Transfer ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Das man einwenig länger warten muss, ist normal, da Istanbul eine Riesen Metropole ist und dort viel Verkehr herrscht.
Im Krankenhaus aufgenommen, wurden bei mir Blut abgenommen und am nächsten Tag durfte ich Dr Kayhan Zeytin kennenlernen, der mich dann auch aufgeklärt hatte.
Im Krankenhaus wurde ich von netten Krankenschwestern versorgt und meine Koordinatorin Aysegül war immer und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie half mir jederzeit bei Fragen, bei der Hotel Unterkunft und begleitete meine Begleitperson in die Apotheke.
Nach dem Krankenhaus wurden wir in dem Hotel direkt nebenan untergebracht. Auch während der Zeit im Hotel war Aysegül immer für mich da.
Alles verlief super, ich bin auch sehr begeistert von dem Ergebnis.
Am Abreise Tag musste ich etwas länger auf den Transfer warten, aber der Fahrer entschuldigte sich und ich weiß ja, was es mit dem Straßenverkehr in Istanbul auf sich hat.
Didem hatte sich alles gekümmert, auch großes Lob an sie.

Anfangs fand ich es ehrlich gesagt etwas komisch, dass mir ein anderer Chirurg und Krankenhaus angeboten wurde. Ich wusste aber, dass es im Medistanbul Probleme gab, bezüglich der Wasserleitungen. Letztendlich bin ich froh, mich bei Dr Kayhan operiert zu haben, er ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und ist ein sympathischer Arzt.

My Experience with Medistanbul / Emsey Hospital

At first, a breast reduction with a lift was planned at Medistanbul, but my coordinator called me and recommended another surgeon at Emsey Hospital.
I looked at his work on Instagram and was impressed. I trusted her and agreed.

On the day of my arrival, I was taken to the hospital by transfer. Having to wait a little longer is normal, since Istanbul is a huge metropolis with heavy traffic.
At the hospital, blood tests were done, and the next day I got to meet Dr. Kayhan Zeytin, who informed me about the procedure.

I was cared for by kind nurses at the hospital, and my coordinator Aysegül was always available at any time. She helped me with all my questions, with the hotel accommodation, and even accompanied my companion to the pharmacy.

After my hospital stay, we were accommodated in the hotel right next door. Even during my time at the hotel, Aysegül was always there for me.
Everything went really well, and I am very happy with the result.

On the day of departure, I had to wait a bit longer for the transfer, but the driver apologized, and I understand how traffic is in Istanbul. Didem took care of everything, big compliments to her as well.

At first, I honestly found it a bit strange that I was offered another surgeon and hospital. But I knew there had been some issues with the water pipes at Medistanbul. In the end, I’m glad I had my surgery with Dr. Kayhan — he listened to my wishes and is a very kind doctor.

It was very straight forward, no fluffing about.
I arrived, and straight away was taken to do my checks.
All ready for the next day.
The room was very nice, spacious. Nurses where also very nice and friendly.
Although not many spoke Emglish so had to rely on Google translate a lot.
If there was anything i needed, they were quite prompt to sort you out.
Overall I was happy.

It was a good experience with you all in med Istanbul hospital. Had a mini gastric bypass in January with doctor mustafa sitki yuksel from 169kg to 119kg in 6months thanks very much you changed my life . Thanks to all the staff and my coordinator thank you all 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 from malta
