I paid to Have my phone rooted and they never did it. They use their own app which says its rooted but all other apps and software say it's not. Its a scam. I tried getting my money back under their Money Back guarantee and they refuse. Now i have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges. Customer service will not even respond to my emails. I do not recommend this company.

This is a scam. The telephone number they have does not even work. I paid to have my phone rooted. The next day i tied install rooted software and it would not work. In the next 6 days, I tried various programs the require rooting but non would work. The app they use still showed that the phone was rooted. So I installed 4 other apps and all 4 aps said the phone WAS NOT Rooted. They said they would look at the phone again but now refuse to even look at it. Ive asked for a refund and they refuse. I have called my bank to report fraud. Dont wast your money, its a scam, they pretend its rooted when its not

I have accidentally hidden the Magisk app. When I reactivated it, the root was gone. OnClick Root wanted to charge me 60$ for a 6 month support. Very frustrating.
