I just realized I’ve been charged twice every month since I started my subscription. No answer from the company yet.

After cancelling my subscription and deleting my account, Omstars continued attempting to charge my Mastercard. When I emailed customer support multiple times to report this issue and request confirmation of account closure, I never received any response.

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Omstars until these basic customer service and billing practices are improved.

For almost two years, I've been part of OmStars and discovered it to be an excellent resource for yoga classes and courses with a wide range of styles and focuses. Even though I don't access the platform regularly, it offers fantastic value for the cost, even for occasional use.

I love Omstars!! As someone who works remote, it’s been an absolute game changer for keeping up with my practice, my well-being, and my community no matter where I’m working from ❤️

Omstars is THE BEST yoga platform out there right now!! It has been a freakin miracle for me since remote work started in the pandemic. I lost weight and now I do my chair yoga when I go in office and my coworkers always join!! The app is my fave and I love all the different instructors and courses. And I can’t get enough of Kino she is amazing!!!! :D

Omstars has an amazing variety of classes, and the teachers are genuinely inspiring and knowledgeable. I love how easy the platform is to use and how I can pick a class based on how much time I have or what I’m feeling that day.

The feel good flow makes me feel so good! Thanks Kino and Team.

Omstars is such an awesome platform. I appreciate it that its a women owned business, the content is super high quality, authentic and well curated. I love that they have so many teachers all in one place. It's definitely a quality experience and has definitely helped to keep me on my yoga path.

Love the content, the selection and the top notch teachers. It's so well worth it. The user experience, like not being able to change the order of video playlists for example, could be improved. Still well worthwhile.

Continued to bill my card for 3 years after I cancelled my membership! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have not responded to multiple attempts at communication. If you notice in their other responses they encourage people to reach out to them via email however they DON'T RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS!

I suspect the sudden rush of bad reviews are trolls. Don’t pay attention. Omstars is terrific. I’ve been a member for 8 or 9 years? Great service, consistently good service. I live in Canada, not the U.S., which ends the international service is terrific.

Don't waste your time even trying this out with the 7 day trial. It isn't worth the headache, effort, or time you will likely deal with for them to make a few bucks $$$ Their sign-up UNLIKE every other trial is not for renewal after the trial ends??? Instead their CFO and other corporate executives recommended to make a few dollars they instead add a plan, highlight it, recommend it, and it is currently the ONLY year long plan to choose.. you just get charged for the whole year if you select that one though?

This is an amateur business move and as a software engineer it seems to go along with their amateur technology as well so no wonder they don't want you to try it out :/

I love kino and her work - been following her for decades. It’s taken me a long time to write this review. There is room for improvement on the app. But the bigger challenge I face is support services - timeousness, accuracy, service excellence lacks. I again have an issue with my subscriptions - and have tried to reach out to Kino directly - I further have issues with this as I have also subscribed to a specialty program … disappointed again

[EDIT] They did get in touch again with some explanation (which was that me unsubscribing from marketing lead to me not receiving the link for the event I signed up for, which shouldn't be the case). But also some compensations like access to some videos for a few months and a refund for the event, which I still have access to on my account. So, overall I am happy with how they reacted. However, it's a shame we had to go through the disappointment first. Also, I think this might have to do with me being vocal about it. Not sure it would've been so if I stayed quiet. Finally, it was disappointing to see they also refunded another payment I made to them and then took the money again, realising they refunded the wrong order. Just made me feel uncomfortable someone could so easily take and put money out and in my account whenever they want... Updating from 2 to 3 stars for the effort on their team's side. It's sad I don't have the time to take advantage of their generosity and am still feeling disappointed to even want to use their product.

[ORIGINAL REVIEW] Horrible customer service and attitude towards their customers. I had an issue with an event for which I never received a link to join. I contacted their team before the event started and still misses 1/6th of it. They do not appreciate people's time - planned my whole weekend to attend an event and was given a faulty link at the end of the first session after contacting them in advance. All they said was pretty much "Hope you have a great day!". Also, yes, I will have an access to recordings (at least I hope so), but I really didn't have that much money to waste. I did plan carefully when signing up and spending the money *and* making plans to be able to attend. Not planning to purchase anything else again on that platform. It's a shame I now have David Swenson's complete guide there, that would definitely be a reason for me to continue using the website, unfortunately.

Hands down the best online platform for teaching practise and harvesting an authentic and welcoming yoga community. I’ve been travelling for the past two months and I was worried I would struggle to practise and grow. Omstars allowed me to practise yoga daily with ease! The app makes for quick access to a huge diversity of yoga practises and meditations which is something I’ve struggled with find with other yoga platforms. I found the meditations especially useful to start my day off right while travelling. I cannot recommend this app more, it has hugely bettered my practise and overall mindset!

I've been a member of OmStars for nearly two years, and I find they are a great source of classes and courses across many styles of yoga and with various focuses. I only use the platform irregularly, but it is great value for money even just for that.

The content is great however the app and website are not the easiest to find the content in. The whole layout of the site is not the most user friendly. The anual auto bill without sending a reminder as well as raising prices without any notice is also not the greatest thing. If you mention anything in regards to this they are quick to respond with “as per our terms on the website” Thats not very polite at all! There are tons of terms & conditions that are not read by most people and the right thing would be to send a renewal reminder. Its best practice and Im sure many will appreciate it. They end the email response to any issue with a question and will take another day to get back with you. I hope they really step up their customer service bc its very subpar to the great content of the website. To compare with a competitor service, I’ve had the same issue with my Alo moves membership and One email solved it all. They refunded me right away and didn’t have to slap around “as per our terms” as the first sentence in their response, for simply asking a question

I subscribed to the 14 day trial and I am glad there was a commitment-free trial period because both the website and app are virtually impossible to navigate. Such a shame but I cancelled during the trial.

Thrilled I found Om Stars, could spend a lifetime practicing the classes and learning, learning, learning. Incredibly priced and so much to explore, especially as much of it there is no way I would find it locally. Thank you Kino and team. Inspired me to take things further. Namaste 🙏❤️

From 80dollars a year i have suddenly been charged 149 dollars. i have no received any email letting me know that price went up.
normally prices might go up a little but like this????? no email no nothing letting you know??
i found it very cheeky
no very happy.
I am not using the app very much as i found it a bit untidy and annoying to find things but this of putting up prices I think is the reason i need it to cancel my subcription
