Goods were perfect

A little bit unfortunate was the high tariffs I had to pay in addition to shipping to import to Germany which I only learned about after it had arrived. But not the sellers fault, I guess.

I had to pay 36 Euros for custom taxes. OMG did not set any notice during order placement so that I knew it. It was a complete (bad) surprise

I had a very good experience with OMG Japan. An item was no longer available and they emailed. I authorized the substitution. I would buy from them again. They use very fast shipping. I was very surprised how fast the box arrived from Japan. Even more remarkable was that I used the most inexpensive shipping option they offer.

Great assortiment and service
Iâve purchased a ton of stuff from OMG Japan ranging from mangas, posters, flashcards and grammar books. And so far Iâve been very satisfied. My last two orders were delivered in 2 days from Japan to the Netherlands, I think thatâs amazing.
During the covid there were fewer options for delivery and back then it sometimes took weeks before orders arrived due to a delivery company in the Netherlands it was horrible but OMG Japan was very helpful and I always got my orders in great shape.

I bought 3 Japanese books:
1. Simple and Easy Japanese Elementary Level 1
2. Simple and Easy Japanese Elementary Level 2
3. Dekiru Nihongo textbook
I had some questions before I decided what to buy and the questions were answered quickly by the "Help Centre", Seann was very helpful, and gave me advice as to which books were suitable. Initially, I only wanted to buy Dekiru Nihongo but ended up buying two others with Romanji scripts.
The delivery was quicker than I expected.
The only problem I had was downloading the dialogues from the CD's as the instructions were in Japanese; I had to get help from one of my family members who has studied Japanese for a few years, It would be useful if the instructions were in English.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Japan Post has suspended all shipping to some countries and eliminated economy shipping methods to all countries, so the only option available to most countries is DHL - which is fast but expensive.
