The website is very nice, and easy to use. The only thing that would be helpful, if at the cart or at the check-out there would be a text saying "The price does not include tax, so please check with your country regulations." Or similar. I didnât get an email when my package of Japanese textbooks was shipped, but the package arrived incredibly fast, just a few days after order. Wonderful service, and the books werenât available elsewhere.

Great Customer Service
Very happy with my purchase.
I also highly appreciated the customer service: after placing my order, I realised I had mistaken one book for another and asked if I could update my order. As the book I wanted was 2⏠more expensive, they told me that I didn't have to pay for the difference, that is was my "welcome gift" as a new customer.
I will purchase all my other study books from them! :)
