Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick. A little bit disappointed with the local handlers as they have to ask me for additional charges. I thought the Fedex fee I paid was good enough, little did I know there are additional local delivery fees. Overall, service was great.

Almost perfect!
The item I ordered arrived timely and adequately packaged. I wish the scale of the poster was better visualized and described to the buyer on their site. Also shipping to North America from Japan included an additional fee due to customs, which was a bitter pill to swallow.

Shipping Error then crazy price increase
I ordered some books and apparently there was an error in charging my shipping. They canceled my order and gave me a 10% off coupon for the issue. That would be great if the shipping wasn't absolutely astronomical. raised the overall price I was going to pay by 25% on shipping alone even after the paltry 10% off they gave me. I can get JLPT books elsewhere.
