Very impressed with service and product
We recently ordered some outdoor lights for our porch. A couple of days after placing the order I received a phone call to advise me that the lights were out of stock and offered an alternative (cheaper) light fitting. These were delivered within a few days and my card credited with the difference. I was really impressed by the personal nature of the exchange- it could have been done by email but it was so much nicer that someone made the effort to call and speak to me to explain the problem and to offer a solution. Great service

Very responsive
Very responsive, product arrived quickly, unfortunately the first was broken, got a second one sent out immediately, responded to my email within a couple of hours… and the lamp itself is gorgeous

Pooky lantern
The Pooky light I wanted was out of stock on the Pooky website so was really pleased to find it on Ombra lighting. Ombra lighting got in touch to let me know it would be a few weeks and the light arrived as expected. Very happy with the purchase and customer service.
