Truly stunning Clothes I’ve made purchases from her now for many years mainly purchasing the cardigans which are my absolute favourite ,wonderful quality lovely detailing and very unique statement pieces which are instantly recognisable of the brand.
I have watched this brand grow making purchases from the beginning till now always a wonderful service. I highly recommend Olivia Rubin if you like high-quality unique pieces. 

If I could have left no stars I would. Hideous fabric. Not cotton or linen. Sizing completely out - ordered a L but the shirt I got would fit a size 10. Very disappointing. So glad I didn't order for an event it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and .oat definitely not worth the wait. I would say don't buy from them. It's a con. No contact information to return or get a refund.

I am astonished by the level of the creativity in Olivia Rubin's clothes. I have recently purchased 2 dresses and 1 cardigan, all are AMAZING quality and individually beautiful. I will definently be buying again from this brand and I am looking forwards to wearing my new dress to my sisters wedding.

Not only is the founder an absolute car crash to follow on social media but I’ve purchased a few things recently and one being a very expensive dress for my girl. I was so shocked when it arrived it was Shein quality - so cheap!

Awful person behind the brand. Mostly bad quality clothing. Overpriced. Avoid.

Very poor company. Quality of the clothing is fast fashion standard yet prices seem to be designer, upward of £150+. Not to mention the founder and owner is a horrible racist and Zionist who uses people of colour to push a false narrative around inclusivity. Unfortunately I bought the items before I knew this and couldn't return but have sold my dresses on. Will never buy again.

I have bought several pieces from this brand. All great quality and I just love the rainbow palette- really brings joy to my wardrobe and day! I have only returned an item once (I loved it but I changed the size) and the customer service/ returns process was genuinely exceptional.
Have my eye on a couple of their dresses for my next buy- so watch this space!

I’m now on my third Frankie cardigan (a pink, a yellow and a black), and they’re of great quality and love the design! Delivery was smooth and on time, and the products very nicely packaged. I will definitely buy from them again!

I recently bought the Margot sequin stripe mini-dress for an upcoming occasion and all I can say is - wow! Feels so uplifting to wear colourful rainbows in dreary months too. I found the delivery time quicker than expected and it fits true to size. So pleased I found this brand. Thank you!

The worst clothing company I have ever dealt with. Absolute disgrace

The company posted a pro israel post on their public Instagram.

When I questioned this and questioned their empathy for palestine I was called an antisemitic witch. I did not mention anything to do with religion .

I was told they would never want anyone as ignorant as me wearing their clothes as they are meant to spread joy not hate. Then blocked me .

If I had previously invested in Olivia Rubin and I knew of this information I would be disappointed and of course would be put off investing again .

I believe this information should be shared so consumers are aware of what they are investing in. I have reached out to companies and influencers who have previously promoted this brand and who are using their platform to actively discuss the ongoing issues to inform them of potential conflicts in interest.

Bought my beautiful dress for my brothers wedding last weekend. The team have been hugely helpful at helping me replace some pearl buttons which I lost with some wild dancing! Lots of compliments so thank you for the awesome dress! X

I cannot agree with the reviews on here at all - thank god! I ordered a gorgeous color-blocked dress here, which was on sale just before the Black Friday Deals started. After a few days, DPD told me they had received my order but not the parcel itself, and upon then seeing the reviews, got very worried... but just then today, about a 1.5weeks after ordering, my dress arrived! The fit is perfect, the box it came in was gorgeous and it is such a unique look - I couldn't be more excited. Thank you for one of my new favourite pieces, OliviaRubin! Can only recommend! <3

Paid and then a week later asked if the items would be shipped. 5 days later still no reply so I opened a PayPal case. Then they contacted me and dispatched the items. Items arrived and one is completely incorrect. Wrong product and wrong size. They yet again have my chat message on seen and no reply so I've left more messages on PayPal. Really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

Placed an order on the 20th February 2022. March 31st today, I still have not received it. It has been 7 weeks!
Have made several calls and sent emails only to be told there was a glitch in the system and it will be sent out now. That was a month ago. Still Nothing. Yesterday customer advisor tells me I am going to chase this up and call you back and yet again I received no call back explaining where my order is?! Appalling and shocking service from a ‘Brand’ such as this. They steal & lie. Repeatedly. And your left having spent so much money time and energy having to chase an order you should have received weeks ago. Completely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour from Olivia Rubin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
