Made an accidental order and when I saw the cost of returns, I contacted customer support as soon as possible and cancelled it. Although the process wasn’t super fast, and I did need to resend the email multiple times, (It took a day to get back to me, and then a day for every email after, though could be due to time difference) the order did manage to get cancelled, and my refund came through a few days later. (minus £3.50 for handling fees which is stated in their policy so I didn’t mind, but be careful if you miss this)

Whilst I can’t comment on the quality of the products, I can say I was treated very kindly and customer support was very understanding and respectful throughout my experience. The lady who contacted me was very polite and helped the process recover smoothly, so thankyou very much.

I don’t think I can rate your company fairly as I didn’t handle the products which is why it’s only 3 stars, but I’m very happy with customer service side.

However I think you should definitely make your refund/ returns process much clearer. It is not fair at all to state the returns are “no stress” and “simple and hassle free” when the actual price is in fine print which people don’t often read. Let alone a return price of £30-50/per piece of clothing to return is absolutely extortionate! Not clearly saying this is one of the reasons your company is getting called a scam, so if you want to avoid that then you need to change it.

Do not buy from this website as other reviews have stated the item I bought was nothing like the picture and poor quality. The refund process is non existent as you would be paying more to send it back + %15 deduction from your refund even though their website states 14 day money back guarantee.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT’S A SCAM!!

The item I received was completely different from the photo - it’s a horrible, cheap material and not even the same jacket as the photo.

I have had issues with wanting to return the item back to them as they are telling me the return cost is £15-£20 which is absolutely ridiculous, definitely just a way of them making money as they know no one will return as it’s so expensive.

Please do not waste your money buying from here.

Poor quality material, looks tacky, when wanted to return item they said it would cost £20 + 15% off your refund for handling fees but won't tell you where its going. What a rip off 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Return policy is insane - there basically isn’t one. They told me I had to ship the item overseas to their global facility to return is at a cost of £30-£35. The item it’s self cost me £34, so it’s effectively pointless!

Costume support even said that most people prefer to gift or resell the products instead of returning - they know that their return policy is insane

This is a scam website, the products are worse than temu quality and don't look like the pictures on the site.

Lesson learnt, these people are obviously targeting children on social media, I should have checked before purchasing something my teen asked for.

I should have looked for reviews before purchasing but seriously avoid this business, they’re scammers. Dresses take way longer than listed on their website to arrive, even if you email asking, they’ll tell you it’s due to high demand.
If the items you ordered are too big/small, you can’t return cos there’s no point, you basically lose the full amount you paid cos they charge you £30 per item you return then a 15% restocking fee. Apparently this is because it’s going to an international warehouse.

Don’t get me started on the poor quality clothing items.. Seams pulling & ripping while you even try to wear them. Pointless.

Please don’t buy from this website. The materials of their clothes is very poor and looks nothing like the pictures they have on their website.

When I contacted them to return the item, I was told that returning the items would cost around £23-35 per item and a 15% fee would Also be deducted which is ridiculous. Please avoid this website at all cost

I’m usually someone who isn’t fussy about the ‘quality’ of clothing as such, but the hoodie I ordered from this company is genuinely awful. The material feels so, so cheap (almost like a plastic sort of material), and honestly you’d be better buying something off Shein or Temu. The hoodie is a ‘scuffers’ one, and was described as being ‘oversized’ on the website, but let me tell you, it’s DEFINITELY not oversized. Really annoyed as I waited over a month for this product to arrive, only for it to be awful.

Daughter bought a top from here. Arrived 12 days later. Cheap material, not oversized at all! The writing was coming off! Avoid!!!

Extremely poor quality product, tried to get a refund and the company has not responded to emails. Totally ghosted me and I have not received my money back. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE - THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Overpriced, badly made, cheap material, 'temu' quality clothing, with a ridiculous 'Returns to China' policy. And no help from Customer services, order np 1406 refers. Our advice is to avoid at all costs.

Ordered a dress in July 2025, poor quality and wanted to return it. They were going to charge me £30 to pay for international shipping to return it (more than the dress). Massive scam - don’t order from Them!

Do not purchase from this website! My girlfriend ordered a scuffers hoodie and another outfit (unfortunately before we saw other reviews). Hoodie came and was fake and awful quality as was the other outfit, made with plastic zips.

After complaining they explained it would be a £30 charge + 15% to return it and postage would have to be paid for.

In summary, do not buy from this place!

Complete scam… delivery took nearly 3 weeks, the outfit looks nothing like the photos the fit is all wrong, the material is see through, the zips are poor quality and visible. when i tried to arrange a return i was told i would have to pay a return fee of £35 and a 15% restocking fee.

This company and website is a scam, there is nothing listed for this brand on Companies House. I placed an order and cancelled within an hour as I realised it was a direct copy of Knitwit and were using their content. They are offering to cancel my order for a fee which is not within their policy. From other reviews it seems this is a dropshipping company selling fake items that are much lower quality and then not refunding customers properly.

Clothing item purchase made by my daughter. Website offers returns refund but is vague in wording of this. Item arrived but was poor quality and wrong size, and with no paperwork or return label. Requested return and received email response claiming that the cost of return postage to their ‘global facility’ would be £30 - £40, and that a further 15% restocking fee would be deducted from any refund. There is a return address on the delivery label, 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock, WS11 8LD. This is historically linked to another business, Yunexpress UK Ltd. Overall I’d rate the returns offer as a scam.
