OVERPRICED TAT!! AWFUL QUALITY AND CUSTOMER CARE
Received a bracelet as a gift. It broke after occasional wear. No warranty and no replacement for faulty product as was more than six months since purchase. It was 9 months.
Offered a 40% discount voucher so I could buy again. No thanks. I don’t need anymore overpriced tat!!
Quite frankly disgusting quality and customer service. Seems to be a common theme on these reviews.

Fraud
I ordered 4 items before Christmas and decided to keep 2 items and return 2 items. Only 1 out of my 2 returned items (in the same box) has been credited. I have tried to phone but the phone lines aren’t working, I have filled in the customer form and no one has replied and I can’t get anywhere with the online chat. I escalated the complaint over 10 days ago and have tried to contact twice in the meantime and not heard anything. This is deceitful and fraud as you have the item back in your possession but are withholding my refund! I have order many items over the years with Olivia Burton but I am extremely disappointed with the service I am not receiving and will be contacting my bank, sending all my evidence if this isn’t resolved asap!
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I will gladly update this review at any point the matter is resolved! Until then I will not be recommending Olivia Burton
Pretty designs, dreadful quality.
Bought a watch - very pretty but I'm shocked at how poor the quality is for the price. Strap feels cheap, and a few months on the roman numerals on the watch face are all falling off and are now rattling around behind the glass on the watch face.
No refund after a month
Had to return the item due it not suiting the person I bought it for. Returned the item on 6th January, still waiting for the refund now. The advisor said it would take 14 working days...
I understand it was the festive period but that is ridiculous.. I've now been promised a refund in another 7 working days.
I wouldn't recommend this company due to length of time it takes s to receive a refund
Watches that last a year and stop…
Watches that last a year and stop working and hands and numerals fall apart. I bought a couple of these ‘pretty’ decorative watches a year ago for my daughters. They are now in a drawer and useless. Funny thing was I changed a battery for my daughter on a very cheap Sekoda watch and noticed that it’s the exact same movement as the Olivia Burton watches I purchased. It’s all advertising, promotional stuff and fancy designs. The watches are basically cheap rubbish. Anyway the two I got must have been made on Friday as they have now gone for an Olivia, ‘Burton’.
Disappointing Classic Gold Multi Hoop Earing
My family gave me these earrings as a Christmas present, after I had seen them on the website and I was really looking forward to receiving them on Christmas Day. Considering the price point, even with 15% discount, to say they disappoint is an understatement!!!
They are bronze not gold and are so much smaller than shown on the website pictures. There is no sparkle from the tiny stones on the middle hoop and if they had not been a gift they would certainly be going back.
Please be aware if buying these that what you see in the picture is not what you are going to receive.
Deceptive postage options
I decided last minute to order an additional gift for my mum for Christmas. Before I placed the order I contacted chat to check the item would arrive in time for Christmas.
They told me yes. I ordered the item with express shipping. The item has not arrived and after speaking to chat again they have been unhelpful and have said I should have used expedited shipping (I thought that express shipping was expedited) they did not explain this when I contacted them before I ordered and I did not see that as an option at check out, just express.
They keep referring to me to their terms and conditions and passing the buck…be warned express does not mean express….this is deceptive and the item will be returned once received as I am unhappy with the way the chat agent Ryan spoke to me.
Don't believe the ad.
You cannot believe anything. They offer all the great deals but when they send the wrong product the advertised refund policy is nonsense . I am still owed £70.00 from last Christmas. Previous entries provide all the figures.
Avoid
I bought some earrings for my partner. Vacuum packaged that was impossible to remove and resulted in one of the earrings breaking. Returned. Go to Pandora instead. Better quality and service.
Cheap looking, horrible packaging
Quick delivery, but the products arrived in horrible plastic vacuum packed packaging - really cheap looking and not what I expected, given the price.

My wife and daughter bought a watch each, cost around $150. For this you get a nice enough looking watch but they really are very cheaply made. For $150 I would at the very least expect a screw on back and basic water resistance and maybe even a date function. Instead it's a snap on back, no extra features and feels very cheap. My daughter asked me to change the battery in her watch which was very straight forward but the battery wasn't the problem, it simply stopped working and it's not even 2 years old. Avoid these cheaply made expensive watches, they are complete rubbish.

Processed , still no refund after 3 weeks , I’ve sent multiple emails , messages via there messenger business chat , phone calls But just a recorded message , nobody has got back to me not once , I’m so frustrated , I’ve used this company for some years and spent s fair bit of money with them , but unfortunately I won’t spend another penny with them and will tell all my customers and friends to not waste there time or money with them , as customer service is appalling , very very unhappy customer
Honeycomb toggle necklace
I have purchased 2 necklaces and they are lovely. Although I'm disappointed they are not silver they have remained in good condition despite being worn multiple times. They both have a decent weight and came in really nice packaging, soft wallet and a box with a drawer.
Don't waste your time
On Friday 10/26 I placed an order with Olivia Burton (owned by Movado) and was able to place a successful order, which was not fulfilled. The following Monday I checked on the shipping and was told there was no record of my purchase. I placed another order (now having been charged $340) and it was unsuccessful. I contacted my card carrier and was assured of no issues, and then I contacted Olivia Burton and was told that it was potentially my browser history causing the issue and to try a new device. After saying I have tried two different devices, there was no more resolution offered. I will avoid this company at any cost going forward, and would encourage anyone who values their time and money to do the same.

This company promised a delivery of a watch three weeks ago but it has still not arrived. I did not receive the purchase after this length of time and have asked for a full refund. Company are not engaging and say it is in transit. It is too late for me to offer it so I want a full refund. Please do not use this company and do not purchase anything on it. They are not honest brokers. Very shocking.
Was gifted for my birthday Classic…
Was gifted for my birthday Classic Silver Interlink Drop Stud Earring which cost £50.00. Unfortunately after 3 month of non continuous use a stone had fallen out, Olivia Burton had replaced them as a “good will gesture”
The replacement pair has had three stones fall out within 8 months of having them! I may add I only wear these a few days at a time and remove to shower, bathe and sleep. Customer service offered 40% off voucher for my next purchase, but do I really want to spend any money even a penny on an unreliable brand?! Obviously not.
Overall Very poor quality, therefor would not recommend any of their products.

awful company. bought a watch that always ran slow. eventually managed to get into store to return it and they advised me to post it directly to olivia burton who had their repair company repair it but when it cam bac to me, the glass face was chipped. They had clearly removed it and chipped it in the process. I contacted them the same day to advise of the damage and they replied saying they had received it damaged from me. no proof, other than a photo that could have been taken any time. I contacted Olivia Burton directly to ask them to help and they sent and emailed response that made no sense talking about batteries not being covered. I assumed they had sent the email in error so i asked them to re read my email. they responded saying it was meant for me and they were reiterating what was not covered. I am still unsure of the relevance. they told me to contact the repairer for advice!! i explained i was contacting them because their repairers are rogues and damaged my watch. Absolutely insane!! they are an awful company and the quality of their watches are awful. Next stop, consumer advice

Annoyingly, I love the designs of the jewellery and the watches, however aftercare is none-existent. I have two OB watches, which were bought for me as gifts from my bf.
After 12 months both batteries have died - which cannot be replaced unless its taken to a specialist. And worst of all, the quality of the "leather" straps are poor, one of mine has cracked and peeled. I went on their site to look for genuine OB strap replacements, only to discover they don't even do their own watch strap replacements - ONLY if you have an Apple watch. The advice from CS is to just buy one online - aka any old tatt that isn't official OB.
For this reason I will no longer be getting any OB watches, which tbh annoys me as I do really love the designs. And, for the price (which for me is expensive) you would think they would offer these services for a company that is trying to come across as high end, desirable brand.

DO NOT BUY THE LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS THEY SELL! Really disappointed to find that Olivia Burton don’t provide any warranty on their jewellery, only watches! I was bought a necklace for Christmas last year, I barely wear it - only on special occasions. I took it out to wear only to find that the gold holding one of the stones had become loose and a stone had come out of the necklace. I contacted Olivia Burton online twice - no reply to either message. I then hunted for an email and emailed them, only to be told they wouldn’t do anything as they don’t have a warranty on jewellery! They then offered me 40% off more jewellery…as if I’m going to spend more money with a company who ignores customer contact and doesn’t provide a warranty on its products. Very disappointed to say the least!

Received a lovely bracelet as a gift from my family. Unfortunately, the magnetic catch had failed and unfortunately, the bracelet fell off during my holiday. I wrote to the company and advised to send photos of my bracelet etc. response was poor. The bracelet was only 6 weeks old. Definitely not recommended
