First of all, I don't normally write reviews. Come to think of it, I don't ever write reviews. I come from a time before the internet when customer service used to mean something and was reasonably commonplace. These days you can't really use customer and service in the same sentence. I had ordered two bracelets, one each from two of Oliver Navy's competitors and returned them both because they just weren't what I wanted . Mark from Oliver and Navy just showed me that customer service does exist if you can find it. I had inquired at Oliver and Navy about a bracelet. I don't remember at what point, but I had left my phone number. I got a text out of the blue of the blue. Mark introduced himself and asked exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. That's where my relationship with Mark began. Mark literally gave me the most detailed, attentive customer service experience I may have ever had. As we corresponded back and forth, it was obvious to me that this guy was totally invested in my satisfaction. I ended up having a diamond tennis bracelet custom-made. And he communicated with me every step of the way. From the diamonds, to an extra heavy bracelet to handle the weight. The finished product took my breath away. And now I can proudly say that I have a friend in the jewelry business. I cannot say enough about Oliver and Navy, and Mark in particular. The whole experience was incredible. Down to absolutely The Last Detail. I won't hesitate to recommend Mark and Oliver Navy to absolutely anyone who's interested in jewelry! My whole experience was absolutely above and Beyond. This was not a small purchase, and Mark kept me in the loop every step of the way. He told me my diamonds were going to weigh 21.93 carats. He also told me the weight in 14 karat gold of a standard bracelet, and then told me what he would recommend for long-term performance. I'm so glad I took his advice. This bracelet is absolutely breathtaking. All at a price that made my jaw drop. He made recommendations all through the process. He never tried to upsell me, he was just making sure that it was going to be what I wanted. It doesn't matter how many places you shop, just make sure that you end up with Mark and Oliver and Navy.

Ordered a a couple of moon cut chains, quality is equal to my moon cut chain that I got from Traxnyc.

I ordered a 4mm and was going to exchange it for a 5mm and the customer support was prompt. Ended up keeping it.

I got my chain fast within 2 days. However, the one I got was defective. I contacted them about it. They sent a replacement within 2 days. Communication was exceptional. Will shop again here in the future.

Unsatisfied Customer - I ordered a product from Oliver & Navy that does not look like the picture on their website. I submitted three separate forms over several days on their website stating I was unhappy and wished to return the product. I also tried to contact them by phone two times. I never did get connected. I am very unhappy with this company. I want to return my product, but am getting no response from the company. Please be aware of this if you order from this Oliver & Navy.

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase some items off of the website of this caliber.

Hands down they are the best. was nervous at first to get a diamond online without looking at it first but they did send pictures but sometimes that doesn't ease are mind, nothing better than in person which you can but I'm in California and they are in New York. Trust me I had a million questions and was going between 4 and 5 carat he was very honest with me.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really good experience with Oliver and Navy. I ordered a tennis chain from them and it showed up way faster than I expected it shipped from Brooklyn and still got to me in Honolulu in about four days. Most companies take forever to get anything out here so that alone was impressive.

I reached out to their customer service because I needed an exchange, and they were on top of it immediately. Every email was answered quickly and they were actually helpful and easy to work with..You can tell they’re serious about taking care of their customers.

The chain itself looks great in person and has a clean, solid feel to it. My girlfriend saw it on me and now she wants one too, so I’ll be placing another order for her soon.
