An agency growth programme, with 1:1 sessions every other week, that has a community that actively shares new leads? It’s a different world. Our aim is to do things a little differently. We care about 2 things: 1. Having a permenant, positive impact on our Members 2. Having a Net positive impact on their lives, not just their business This means helping them to grow their business consistently over the course of 12 months. We're not the type of team that's going to help you: 'Bring on 20 new clients in 6 weeks' 'Transform your life in the clink of an eye' 'Insert crazy, unrealistic claim here' Instead, we work with our members very closely, and help them build an agency they're proud of and that gives them the freedom to enjoy life, over the course of 12 months of mentorship.

The best decision I have ever made with my social media marketing agency.

Coming onboard with LPA was one of the best decisions I have ever made with my social media marketing agency. I have only been with LPA a short while but have already seen the impact it has had on my business.

Not only do I have clearer company goals, tools on how to reach those goals and a more well defined niche, but Olie's training and guidance has genuinely made me a more proactive business person and actually much better at my job.

The network of other like-minded agency owners are a fantastic community, a source of inspiration and such a support.

Not only has LPA had a profound impact on my agency, but in my personal life too. I feel immensely proud of the work I am doing and LPA has really helped me with my mindset.

Launch Pad Academy is amazing!

The team at Launch Pad Academy are amazing. They're always on hand to help and provide support when needed and the resources at hand are incredible for growing and scaling your agency. I also love the bespoke element to allow every person that enters to build the agency they dream of, and definitely not a one size fits all approach. If you're looking to grow and scale your agency, you've come to the right place.
