It’s been massive pleasure buying some presents for my relatives in Oliver Bonas Embankment Station Shop.

I ordered three lampshades from Oliver Bonas each at £30. Two were Alma white boucle & green tassel. These were strong and well-made and looked exactly like the picture. I love them. The other shade was “Ero lilac velvet and tassel”. Well, that was how it was described on the website. Description of the shade was ‘fabric’ which I thought would be velvety & luxurious. But what arrived was thin cardboard slightly velvety looking on the outside. The tassel wasn’t a tassel. It was a shiny little stuck on fringe that doesn’t even hang. Totally not worth £30.
PS I tried to leave a review on the Oliver Bonas website, but it’s impossible. You have to email them your review which they look at secretly.
Since reading the OB reply, I have emailed the Customer Services and I await their answer.
The answer is that a senior team will be looking at my review. I have returned it free of charge
Result = a good company but this particular product is poor value

I discovered them for the first time in Brighton on 11th Nov. Loved the 2 purchases which are Christmas gifts. Also by joining them online they gave me a £5 credit. Yesterday at 5pm I ordered 2 more items as Christmas gifts....they were delivered at 10.30 this morning. Fantastic service. And all 4 items Ive purchased are unique and great quality.
Just want to give a shout out to all guys and dolls in Plymouth store. Everytime I’ve been in there I’m approached with a friendly smile and offered help, I’ve worked in retail myself and there’s nothing worse than not been acknowledged. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted but was offered an alternative which was perfect and my partner loves it. Will definitely be returning when I’m in Plymouth again.

Love Oliver Bonas. I love it as I am between 3 sizes. Between 12-16 depending on shops. But with oliver I am between a 10 or a 12. The clothes are comfy.
The only negative is, the refunds take sooooooooo long!
Apart from that I love them.
I placed the order and you took payment on 28th October. Having waited over two weeks wondering why delivery had taken so long, I receive an email stating you were refunding the payment with no reason given. I then checked the stock and two out of the three items were still available and all three were available when I actually placed the order and paid. I also have to wait a further 4 - 5 days for the payment to be credited to my account.
If you are not willing to fulfill an order then you should at least refund immediately, inform your customer at once and have the decency to provide a full reason. This is appalling customer service and I certainly won’t order from you again

I recently ordered an oil diffuser from Oliver Bonas, it lasts about an hour before having to top up and quite frankly is so loud it’s unbearable.
I would write a review on the product itself but it won’t seem to let me.
If anyone is thinking about ordering this product I would highly recommend spending a touch more and ordering from neom.

As we are now in Remembrance Weekend, I think this needs airing.
The following is an official communication from Oliver Bonas:
“Whilst we recognise the significance of wearing a poppy, we request in the interest of fairness and consistency, poppies should not be worn on the shop floor and that we stick with OB issued pins and badges”.
They have also been notified that they won’t be observing the minute’s silence on Monday.
Yes, they can’t even spare sixty seconds. One single minute in honour of the countless men and women who bravely gave their whole lives, sacrificed their future and were knowingly slaughtered fighting for mine and your freedom. For the world today. For the freedom to safely walk down a high street and go shopping.
How lost from our moral compass can our society be that we’re happy to promote some of the quite frankly, ridiculous stuff that I see on a daily basis (and yes Oliver Bonas included) and yet we can’t even honour the people who gave their lives for us to do this?
What irks me most is that I would genuinely expect so much better from Oliver Bonas. They’re held up as the quintessential modern British retail store. I always tried to support it. They’re not some distant, American conglomerate.
I can only hope that Oliver Tress and the OB team reverse this ridiculous decision and/or, at the very least, the staff on shop floors across the country proudly wear their poppies and respectfully honour the minute’s silence.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them.
Quality is so poor for above-average prices. I was so happy to get a handbag I loved for £65 but the zip began to glitch after just two months. I also bought several necklaces for my daughter and the clasp broke on one after a short time. You charge quite a lot but all your products are made in China and East Asia, just like every other shop, and if the quality is so poor this is unacceptable

Bought wardrobes from them that are infested with woodworm, not able to get rid despite several treatments.

Absolutely FED UP of being followed around the Byres Road branch in Glasgow. I go often as it's closer to where I live and I love the clothes and nice accessories but I have been made to feel unwelcome on several occasions. On my most recent visit I was followed around the store by staff pretending to be 'fixing things' as someone who has worked in retail for 9 years I know that wee trick 😊 I tried speaking to a member of staff at the door about it as I was leaving and she smirked and rolled her eyes at me and made me feel as if I was imagining it! I won't lie I got upset at that point and told her it's not nice to make people feel like that but she didn't seem interested. As someone who works in customer service I would never want to a make a customer feel like that. The older lady with the short brown hair is a snob and literally looked me up and down as she was coming out from the back too and yes im aware there is one in the city centre but I don't see why I should need to go there just because the staff are rude and lack customer service skills.

Oh dear - what's happened to Oliver Bonas? One of my favourite shops and one I have left 5 star reviews for in the past. Until I went to the Richmond store yesterday. No staff at the till, had to ask out loud for someone, then a very unfriendly assistant took my money and just passed me the unwrapped earrings and receipt. I was met with surliness when I asked for them to at least be wrapped in tissue. No thank you, no hello or goodbye. SO different to your store at Waterloo Station. Usually a joy to shop in, I won't be going back to the unfriendly Richmond branch.

I love OBs. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and I love all the items. Recently I ordered a weekend bag from here and unfortunately the Evri delivery guy left it outside my house so it was stolen. OB customer service were great and immediately offered me either a refund or to replace the order, so I got the order again a few days later. Very happy thank you OB!
I was shopping for clothes for my wife for a funeral. The lady who served me was exceptionally helpful and kind, giving me advice and helping me select a range of items.
She couldn't have been more helpful.
The ladies in Farnham store could not have been more helpful, digging out really rare sale earrings to replace some my daughter had lost. They also kindly furnished me with a glass of water when I was feeling unwell. Such kindness, and excellent customer service. It’s rare to find, so thank you Oliver Bonas for really caring about your customers. Very much appreciated!
This store is so inviting, beautifully laid out with enticing goods on every shelf. And they have staff who smile and chat and help. What more could you want?
