El internet es una pu ta mie rda, venden tus datos personales y cuando te intentas dar de baja te intentan cobrar meses posteriores por la cara, te acosan de mil formas distintas. Se inventan que hay meses que no has pagado, hacen lo que sea para rascarte un euro más. Por favor cualquier persona que esté dudando de contratarles porque no tiene otra opción de contratar internet que se ponga a intentar inventar su propio router que le va a salir mucho más rentable para su salud mental.

Iptv continuously buffering. Been with them 6 years, tried to sort, but refuse to accept any blame. Tried my box at a neighbours house ( who is with vozplus) works with no issues.
They were really helpful when Olivenet, but not any more.
Stay well clear of them, may be reasonably priced, but you do not get what you have paid for. The only reason I give them 1 star is because there is no facility to give a minus rating.

Como usuario, quiero compartir mi experiencia con Olin.es, una compañía de internet que vende datos personales. Mi relación con ellos comenzó con la promesa de un servicio confiable y rápido, pero pronto descubrí que había más en juego.
Venta de Datos Personales:
Olin.es no solo proporciona servicios de internet, sino que también se involucra en la venta de datos personales de sus clientes.
Esto incluye información como historiales de navegación, preferencias de compra y detalles de ubicación.
Aunque esto puede ser legal dentro de ciertos límites, es importante que los usuarios estén informados y den su consentimiento explícito.
Contrato y Darse de Baja:
Al finalizar mi contrato con ellos y darme de baja, esperaba que mi relación con la compañía terminara por completo.
Sin embargo, seis meses después, comencé a recibir mensajes SMS recordándome una factura pendiente de pago.
El enlace proporcionado en los mensajes me llevaba a un sitio web sospechoso.
Impacto en la Privacidad:
Estos mensajes no solo son molestos, sino que también plantean preocupaciones sobre la privacidad.
¿Cómo obtuvieron mi número de teléfono después de que cancelé mi contrato?
¿Qué más están haciendo con mis datos personales?
Conclusión:
Como consumidor, me siento decepcionado y preocupado por estas prácticas.
Insto a otros usuarios a estar alerta y a considerar cuidadosamente las compañías con las que comparten su información personal.

Es la peor compañía de Internet que he contratado no funciono nunca tardaron más de 40 días en conectarme por la primera vez rompieron la fibra y quiero reclamar o darme de baja y no existe ningún contacto ni oficina así q lo denuncie a ocu y a mi banco para que no me cobren mas

It takes them nearly a week to reply to your emails, a request to end a contract sent by email is replied after 10 day and they will want to charge you for the whole month.

Olivenet is down again. There is a pattern here, it goes down the day before a public holiday and no one responds to the phone! How long will it be off this time? 19 hours and counting.

Yo sinceramente desde que tengo esta compañía contratada es un misterio porque normalmente nunca tengo internet, se corta y tarda días en volver, llamas al teléfono y el teléfono no funciona, voy a la tienda y la señora antipática me dice que se cayó la señal general pero hacía 30 segundos que había vuelto la señal en su despacho (lo que es mentira) Una falta de responsabilidade enorme, el barato sale MUY CARO, viva movistar!!!!!

Por supuesto lo que no va nada bien es la conexión de internet

Terrible company. No service for over 18 hours. Olin no good. Olive net was good.

COMPAÑIA ESTAFADORA Y PODRIDA. No contrateis esta compañía llevo días sin internet y no hay atención al cliente, la cobertura movil es una basura encima te hacen permanencia para que te penalicen si te vas, te cobran sms que nadie envía. Huid de esta compañía es la peor compañía de telefonía unos estafadores incompetentes nefastos

Estafa cortes continuos de internet intolerables en la época en que vivimos.

Been with these for around 5 years and to start they seemed ok …I paid around €150 one off at the start for 300mbs plus the pause facility meaning I could turn off the internet while I was not in Spain then back on again when we arrive ..so no bills for when im not in Spain! Then they decided to take away that option then my speed started to drop, I contacted OliveNet and they told me that the router I had didn’t support 300mbs so I asked why they had been charging me for 300mbs if I couldn’t receive it ..the answer was “you need a new router” and your bill will be higher …and now my internet is down quite often in el chapperel ..I will change provider soon!!

Otra vez no Internet.

LO BARATO SALE CARO

I have been a customer of Olivenet for some years. In general the broadband has been good. However, I have had a billing query since their introduction of a new on-line billing platform mid 2023 - which is appalling. Customer Services have just not resolved the problem. I have wasted hours on their on-line chat, have had promises of "I'll get back to you today" which have not materialised. I recently sent a summary of the issue to them with all the details from their billing platform, to be told to send them proof of payment from my bank. All the payments were made by credit card with the confirmations on the billing platform - they just don't understand how their own systems work. I would give them no stars if I could.

Es lamentable que por lo menos dos días de la semana el internet vaya horrible y a tirones, esta compañía no vale la pena, hay mejores alternativas antes que esta porquería
